Talent Advisory Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the global leaders in renewable energy recruitment and directly contribute to the growth and success of the new function within the business. Our Talent Advisory function offers services to both existing and new clients which includes (but are not limited to); interim (‘in-house’) Talent Acquisition partnering with clients during periods of ‘scale-up’, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarking. Apprenticeships combine practical on the job training with additional studying to achieve a NVQ qualification at the end.
