Ashley Harrington is a Director at LSP Renewables, bringing over a decade of experience in the Renewable Energy industry. Seth has specialised in supporting his clients international manpower needs by providing senior level appointments within the renewables, engineering and construction sector since 2006. Having started her career as a recruiter in 2008, she later transitioned into marketing, earning a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2013. In 2021, she expanded her expertise further by stepping into an operational leadership role, overseeing LSP’s compliance and marketing teams. Now serving as Operations Director, Kathryn is responsible for managing all operational aspects of LSP on a global scale. Dharmesh joined LSP in 2018 as our Finance Manager, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the recruitment sector. A highly skilled accountant, he has held key financial roles across the services, telecoms, and banking industries. James joined LSP Renewables in 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in energy recruitment with a focus on international talent acquisition and contractor compliance. Since 2011, he has supported businesses in scaling across borders by working closely with sales, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure that every contractor placement meets local and international compliance standards. Ty first joined as an Associate Consultant, he now works within our Offshore Wind division, supporting clients by delivering tailored recruitment solutions across key project areas. Since joining the business, he has developed his expertise and worked his way into a client-facing sales role, building strong relationships and a deep understanding of the offshore wind market. After joining LSP Renewables in January 2023, Henri, as an Associate Consultant is specifically dedicated to delivering a market leading service within the Engineering Division. With a considerate approach, Henri feels the experience the candidate is left with after working with LSP is most valued. Working within the Engineering Division, his role involves delivery across areas such as Geoscience (technical/physical), Yield/Wind Analysis, Grid/OSS, SCADA, Mechanical, Cables, Civil’s, Electrical/Transmission, Foundations/Structures, O&M, as well as Senior Management and ‘Head of’ level opportunities. He has since worked as a Delivery Consultant, recruiting primarily for white-collar construction roles in both the US and UK. His practical industry knowledge, combined with a passion for renewables and energy, gives him a well-rounded perspective that adds value to both candidates and clients. Alongside his professional career, Cameron has been running a successful charity initiative, Christmas Mission, since 2023. He began his career in construction as a labourer, working his way up through the industry before going on to run his own company. Luke joined LSP Renewables in 2023 after completing his A Levels in June. Luke brings a range of interpersonal and customer service skills where he will apply these when supporting our Engineering Team. Luke will cover a range of permanent and contract positions across all areas of Engineering within the renewable energy industry. Areas Luke will focus on include but are not limited to; Geoscience (technical/physical), Grid/OSS Engineering, Interface Engineering & Management, Mechanical Engineering, Cable Engineers, Civil Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Foundation Engineers and more. In 2026, Luke was promoted to Consultant and will continue to work in the Offshore Wind, engineering space.
Freddie joined LSP in 2023 as his first full time position after finishing his A Levels in June 2023. Freddie brings a range of customer service experience from part time positions he has previously been in. Freddie will assist our Site team where he will focus on both permanent and contract recruitment within the renewable energy industry. The areas Freddie will focus on include but are not limited to; CDM, Coating Inspectors, HSE (Advisors and Engineers), Quality (Managers, Engineers and Inspectors - WTG), and more. Freddie's journey at LSP Renewables is just beginning, and he is excited to collaborate with fellow professionals who share his vision for a greener future.
Sean works with the Green Investment team placing high-calibre Investment and Finance professionals across LSP’s global portfolio and key client partnerships Sean understands the importance of forging strong customer relationships through effective qualification, genuine customer care and on-going support throughout, enabling him to guide them through a journey towards successful solution on a short-term or long-term basis. In taking on this exciting new challenge within the Renewable Energy sector, Sean successfully undertook the Renewable Construction Academy certification to develop a profound understanding of offshore wind farms and the unique challenge each project can face throughout the lifecycle and the importance each individual plays in successful delivery of these renewable energy systems. Combining this knowledge with his hands on advanced customer care skills has enabled a seamless and rewarding transition to helping LSP Renewables connect professionals and clients together, for the successful delivery of these projects and to meet the shared goal of meeting the net-zero targets.
Jake Yansen joined LSP Renewables as a Delivery Consultant. He has worked in energy recruitment since 2022, connecting skilled professionals with renewable energy projects. Prior to joining LSP, Jake sourced talent across renewables, power and grid, and industrial technology, supporting projects in more than 60 countries across the full project lifecycle with tailored recruitment approaches. Harvey joined LSP Renewables in 2025, marking the beginning of his recruitment journey in the renewable energy sector. She joins us as a Consultant and will be based out of our Barrow office. Annika joined LSP Renewables in 2025, bringing recruitment experience across the oil and gas, construction and defence sectors since 2022. Her background covers both sales and delivery, giving her a well rounded understanding of client needs and candidate engagement. She has worked closely with project teams to support specialist hiring requirements and builds strong relationships that lead to long term collaboration. At LSP, Annika is part of our Subsea team in the Barrow office, supporting the expansion of our subsea capability. Alex joined LSP’s Taiwan office with a background in Human Resource Management. He has been involved in the Taiwan renewable industry by consulting and fulfilling local and global talent requirements for our Developers, Service Providers, and EPCI clients across the APAC region. As a bilingual in Mandarin and English, he has developed and maintained a high level of knowledge and understanding of the Asia renewable market and is dedicated to providing high-quality consulting for both clients and candidates. Gigi brings a wealth of experience and insight to the role, and will be instrumental in supporting the continued growth of our APAC operations. Han joined LSP Renewables with a strong background in global HR and cross-border recruitment, bringing experience across APAC, EMEA, North America, and LATAM. With a history of supporting international office setups, workforce planning, and compliance, Han offers end-to-end hiring expertise—from sourcing and onboarding to training and employee engagement. Fluent in English and Korean, with working knowledge of Spanish and Chinese, Han’s ability to build trust in multicultural environments supports the continued growth of our global network.
Charleen Lan joined the LSP Renewables Taiwan office in 2025, bringing four years of experience in technical recruitment. She is passionate about supporting the global energy transition and will be working across all areas of renewables within the APAC region. Charleen strengthens the team’s capability to connect clients with skilled talent and contribute to the growth of the clean energy sector.
Maroua joins the APAC office and brings strong experience in business development and consulting within the recruitment sector, having served in roles focusing on the energy and technical markets. Daniel Miller joins LSP's Taiwan office as a Senior Consultant, bringing six years of experience living and working across Asia and a well-established network across the APAC region. Having built his career across international trade, education, and executive search, Daniel brings a broad commercial perspective and a genuine understanding of what it takes to attract and place talent in complex, multicultural markets. Prior to joining LSP, Daniel gained experience in executive search across HR, hi-tech, and C-suite roles in Taiwan, as well as business development and operations roles in Southwest China and across the wider Asia region. Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, Daniel is focused on building long-term partnerships with developers, contractors, and service providers across the APAC renewables market, supporting clients in securing the talent needed to deliver the energy transition.
Sophie first joined LSP in February 2020, initially supporting our delivery team by connecting experienced talent with our contract client base. She quickly became a involved in subsea, managing key accounts and building a reputation for excellence.In 2023, Sophie moved on from subsea and gained experience across our Engineering and Senior divisions. Now, she's bringing her recruitment expertise in-house to support LSP's continued growth as an Internal recruiter.
Leanne Beckingham joined LSP Renewables in 2025 as part of our UK team and has worked in marketing since 2021. Throughout her career, she has worked across multiple industries, building experience in strategic marketing, content creation and digital communications. Her creative approach and commercial awareness support LSP’s continued growth and engagement with global audiences. Oliwia joined LSP in 2026, bringing five years of experience in account management and recruitment for wind industry projects. With a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of renewable energy industry processes, including international recruitment, contract management, internal operations, logistics, administration, and sales, she now serves as Commercial Compliance Manager. Oliwia acts as a key link between teams, ensuring compliance standards are maintained and that operations adhere to local laws and regulations across international markets. She provides commercially practical and cost-effective guidance on the international engagement of contractors while driving continuous improvements to compliance procedures. Her work supports the ongoing international growth of the business within the renewable energy sector.
Danielle has been an integral part of the LSP Renewables team since 2019, starting with LSP by supporting our clients with both their contract and permanent requirements on our sales desk. After returning from maternity leave in 2024, Danielle joined our Contracts and Compliance team where she supports the rest of the LSP team, being a main point of contact for all clients and contractors' onboarding queries, ensuring all pre-placement contracts and checks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. She also plays a key role in maintaining compliance standards and improving internal processes.
Rosie joined LSP in 2025 as a Contracts & Compliance Associate. She will be supporting the sales team with all contract and compliance-related duties, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client and contractor agreements, ensuring regulatory adherence, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation. Rosie will also play a key role in streamlining internal processes, assisting with audits, and supporting the onboarding of new clients and contractors to ensure full compliance from the outset. Her proactive approach, strong communication skills, and attention to detail will be instrumental in mitigating risk and upholding LSP’s commitment to operational excellence.
Siva joined LSP Renewables in March 2023 as an Accountant within our finance department and is a brilliant support within the finance team. With a strong background in financial management and reporting, Siva plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our day-to-day financial operations. He is responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, supporting month-end processes, and maintaining up-to-date financial records across our global offices. His attention to detail, reliability, and collaborative approach make him a trusted team member. Siva is also actively involved in streamlining internal systems and supporting compliance with international financial standards as we continue to grow.
Joanna Munonye joined LSP Renewables in 2025 as an Assistant Accountant. With years of experience in a Big 4 accountancy firm, Joanna brings a strong background in tax advisory services and project management. Joanna’s expertise is in resolving complex issues and promoting clear communication, making her an asset to the finance team at LSP. Her focus is on managing accounts receivable, supporting month-end processes, and maintaining up-to-date financial records across our global offices. Jack joined LSP in May 2022 as a Finance Assistant to support our internal growth and increasing demand across the financial department. Jack studied his AAT Level 2 and 3 at East Surrey College and is currently furthering his education by undertaking his ACCAs.
