We are seeking a well-rounded and proactive Operations Manager to support our clients international workforce strategy while also managing operational infrastructure, office logistics, and internal policies. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of global staffing, policy development, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-border workforce deployment, working with EORs and staffing vendors, and ensuring company policies and workplace environments align with organisational goals. Key Responsibilities Global Staffing Operations Coordinate global staffing logistics, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management across multiple countries. Liaise with recruitment partners, internal hiring teams, and Employer of Record (EOR) vendors. Monitor compliance with international labour standards, visa/work permit requirements, and documentation. Company Policy Design & Updates Draft, review, and update internal policies (HR, operations, travel, remote work, etc.) in collaboration with legal and HR teams. Maintain a centralised policy library and ensure company-wide communication and accessibility. Support periodic audits of existing policies to align with changing business needs and global compliance standards. Office & Facility Management Oversee office operations including workspace management, vendor contracts, equipment procurement, and health & safety compliance. Manage hybrid or distributed work environments, ensuring adequate support and infrastructure for remote staff. Coordinate with IT, admin, and security teams to maintain smooth day-to-day facility operations. Process Optimisation & Cross-Functional Support Identify inefficiencies across staffing and office workflows; implement tools and process improvements. Work closely with HR, Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure unified and compliant operations across departments and locations. Track key metrics (e.g., staffing turnaround time, policy update cycles, office utilisation) and provide regular reports. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, HR, or a related field. 4–8 years of experience in staffing operations, office management, or global HR operations. Strong knowledge of international employment practices and EOR/PEO models. Experience managing administrative and workplace operations. Excellent organisational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Preferred Attributes Experience supporting remote-first or hybrid global teams. Ability to design and implement scalable systems and policy frameworks. Familiarity with onboarding and staffing management tools. Multilingual abilities or international work experience a plus.

Cables Engineer (Offshore HV) - Senior

Our client is looking for a Senior Offshore HV Cable Engineer to join them in Seoul on a permanent basis.  Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the export cable supply package, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with Employer’s Requirements, international standards, and best engineering practices. Review and validate contractor engineering deliverables, including ampacity calculations, type testing, FAT, jointing, termination, SAT, and commissioning processes. Collaborate closely with the Cables Package Manager and internal cross-functional teams, maintaining strong communication across project interfaces. Manage contractor performance through meetings, technical queries, and continuous monitoring of deliverables, risks, and compliance documentation. Ensure successful technical due diligence and certification (e.g., DNV), and actively liaise with external stakeholders such as KESCO for inspections and approvals. Maintain and update the cable supply risk register, identify and resolve technical challenges, and ensure lessons learned are applied throughout the package. Provide technical input for project documentation, support training and mentoring of junior team members, and stay current with industry standards through active participation in relevant workshops and conferences. Foundation T&I Manager

The FOU T&I Manager will oversee the Transportation and Installation (T&I) activities for the WTG Foundations (FOU) for our cilents offshore wind project. This role involves managing interfaces, reviewing engineering documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of T&I activities. The FOU T&I Manager will also mentor junior engineer(s), work closely with the appointed Contract Manager and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Key Accountabilities Project Management and Coordination Organise technical meetings, prepare MoM with the T&I Contractor and monitor and pursue actions from that. Liaise with FOU Package Manager to resolve interface-related issues with T&I contractor, pin piles and jackets fabricator and designer and ensure alignment across packages. Ensure project deliverables as required in the Employer Requirements and Interface Registers are met. Review and challenge the T&I Programme to ensure it aligns with project milestones and deadlines. Review and challenge claims from T&I contractor to ensure budget and schedule control in close cooperation with Contract Manager and BOP T&I Package Manager. Engineering and Documentation Review Review and accept engineering documentation Transportation analysis Lifting engineering Rigging calculations Sea fastening designs Risk Assessments and Method Statements Installation procedures Progress Reporting Ensure all documentation complies with project specifications, industry standards (e.g., DNV, ISO), and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) to obtain necessary approvals for the T&I contractor’s documents. Coordinate with Marine Coordination Centre and review Work Authorisation applications by the T&I contractor Marine Spread and Suitability Surveys Conduct suitability surveys for the selected marine spread (vessels, barges, cranes, etc.) to ensure they meet project requirements. Ensure all marine spread equipment is certified, inspected, and ready for offshore operations. Load Out, Transportation and Installation Execution Oversee the load-out, transportation and installation of the FOU pin piles and FOU jackets, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, on time, and within budget. Manage on-site T&I activities, including load-out, sea transportation, and offshore installation. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve any issues during execution. Coordinate with Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) to obtain necessary approvals for the execution of T&I works. Coordinate Pre- and Post-Load Out Inspections by the T&I contractor and MWS. Risk Management and Safety Identify and mitigate risks associated with T&I activities, ensuring compliance with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) standards. Conduct risk assessments and HAZID/HAZOP studies for T&I operations. Ensure all personnel and contractors adhere to safety protocols and procedures. Organise RoC drills with involved parties. Mentorship and Leadership Mentor and guide (junior) T&I engineer(s), providing technical support and fostering their professional development. Leading the FOU T&I team. Reporting and Communication Provide regular progress updates to the BOP T&I Package Manager and other stakeholders. Prepare detailed reports on T&I activities, including challenges, solutions, and lessons learned. Ensure transparent and effective communication with all project teams and contractors. Experience/Requirements Education: minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering, or a related field Minimum 10 years of experience in offshore wind or oil and gas projects, with a focus on T&I activities.  Proven experience in managing installation and marine operations Strong knowledge of lifting engineering, rigging and transportation engineering Skills Required Excellent project management and leadership skills. Strong understanding of industry standards (e.g., DNV, ISO, LOLER). Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage at all levels. Korean (desired but not essential – written and spoken)

The BESS Field Service Engineer will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and warranty repairs along with commissioning activities on energy storage units at various BESS sites. This role is to report to the OM Manager. Responsibilities Maintain Energy Storage Systems to a high standard by carrying out regular inspection and maintenance, annual capacity tests, trouble shooting and reactive maintenance works Perform system software and firmware upgrades Monitor operation performance monitoring and data assessment Provide phone support and remote diagnostics to customers Troubleshoot equipment located at BESS sites Manage spare parts Responsible for safety work complying with local safety regulations and safety standards Conduct risk assessment and implement safety measures Keep up to date with any administrative duties such as timesheets, daily vehicle checks and providing daily job logs describing issues and actions taken during service trips Assist the in-house system engineering group in product development and/or project work Provide suggestions based on field experience, to improve the products Essential Requirements Qualification in an electrical/ electro-mechanical discipline Previous electrical or multi skilled maintenance experience Basic IT skills (Word Processing, Outlook, Excel, IP and software for troubleshooting) Qualification of working on Site safely This role involves travelling to different sites.
