Deputy PMO Manager

Our client is looking for a Deputy PMO Manager to join their team and report to the Onshore, Project Management Office (PMO) Manager, the Onshore Deputy PMO Manager is in charge of managing partially or fully project management functions for one or several onshore projects. In this role, you will directly manage the Project Processes and functionally the PMO team involved on the projects under your responsibility. You will need to closely collaborate with the project team of the Business Unit (BU) and with the other Enabling Functions to ensure successful implementation of the project processes and tools at all stages (from origination to operation). The Deputy PMO Manager assists in the administration and oversight of the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring the successful delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals. Our client is looking for a Procurement Manager, WTG Foundations, this position is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility to work from home or elsewhere with regular visits to the Edinburgh project office. The expectation for this role is a minimum of 2 days a week in the office. Reporting to the Contracts & Procurement Manager this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Procurement Manager to join the rapidly growing team and support the transition to a low carbon, sustainable global economy. In this role, you’ll work as part of a growing dedicated multi-disciplinary team to procure goods and services for the project. The objective of the role includes achieving buildable consent for the relevant onshore elements of the Project, securing a uniform approach to authorities/regulators and stakeholders and management of the onshore deliverables from consultants. Key Responsibilities Responsible for managing the onshore elements of the DCO, TCPA for the project Managing the deliverables of the onshore consultants in the responsible areas Responsible for stakeholder engagement in the responsible areas; Develop and implement QA processes for the onshore deliverables on the project. Ensure strong cooperation within the Project for all onshore packages in relation to onshore consenting risk and deliverables; Onshore EIA contracts and budget management Input and support Consent manager on resource needs, programme and risks in relation to the offshore elements Provide updates on key show stoppers on the onshore workstreams to the Consent Manager Close coordination with the Offshore or Generation Lead, Land Manager and Stakeholder Manager Description of position: Key tasks Deliver buildable consent of the onshore elements of the project on time and to budget according to the programme Input and influence project consent strategy for the onshore elements and feed to the Consent Manager, considering company strategic aspects to optimise individual project consent.
