LSP are partnered with a world-leading Contractor in the Data Centre industry, with a significant portfolio of projects across Europe. We are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major project in Sweden (however also open to other European locations).

Provide commercial support to the Construction Team across all Quantity Surveying functions, including but not limited to:
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and provide guidance to the Construction Team.
- Identify potential commercial risks and report them promptly to management.
- Prepare monthly progress applications, including accurate remeasurements, site variations, dayworks, and claims.
- Support operational procurement activities and contracts in collaboration with the Procurement Department.
- Manage subcontractor accounts from award through interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Monitor and forecast project turnover and cash flow.
- Oversee the commercial performance of projects to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
- Identify, analyse, and report on business and project trends.
- Review correspondence from employers, the design team, and subcontractors to identify contractual issues and draft responses.
- Ensure the Construction Team meets all contractual requirements through ongoing advice and monitoring.
- Lead, support, and mentor the wider Commercial Team on site.
Key Skills / Requirements
- A relevant third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics is essential.
- Previous data centre experience is desirable but not essential.
- At least five years of post-qualification experience is required.
- Experience in an electrical role is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills.
