LSP OPENS NEW OFFICE IN BARROW TO SUPPORT GROWTH IN SUBSEA RECRUITMENT!

We’re delighted to announce the official opening of our newest UK office in Barrow-in-Furness. This strategic expansion marks a major milestone in LSP’s growth journey and reinforces our commitment to supporting the evolving needs of the UK’s booming subsea and offshore energy markets.

The Barrow office will be led by Leam Da Silva, Head of Subsea at LSP Renewables, who brings extensive industry experience and hands-on knowledge of the offshore and subsea recruitment landscape. Under his leadership, the office will serve as a dedicated hub focused on identifying, engaging, and supporting top-tier talent across the full spectrum of subsea and offshore disciplines.

This includes specialised roles in ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) operations, commercial diving, subsea engineering, project management, cable installation, and inspection services—critical functions underpinning the success of offshore wind and marine infrastructure projects throughout the UK and beyond.

In addition to recruitment, the Barrow office will act as a catalyst for regional workforce development, offering enhanced support to clients, deeper candidate engagement, and a stronger on-the-ground presence in one of the UK’s most important coastal energy hubs.

Position: MBES Processor - Senior Location: Remote Duration: 2 weeks Start Date: 1 October 2026 Project description: The project consists of remote multibeam data processing in support of a survey campaign executed with an Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV). The survey scope is expected to involve sweeping surveys or cable route surveys performed from an unmanned platform, requiring near real-time data processing. A distributed team model (multi-time zone coverage) will be implemented to ensure full 24h coverage. CTV Coordinator

We are actively recruiting for an Experienced CTV Coordinator to work remotely on a 4/4 rotational project from September to December 2026!. The coordinators will work on a rotational basis, alternating 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off, with one coordinator relieving the other throughout the project. Primary responsibilities include: Daily communication and coordination with the vessels operating on site. Planning and managing the daily schedule of CTVs to ensure efficient and timely crew transfers, without causing delays or disruptions to vessel operations. Ensuring that CTV operations are aligned with shift changes and comply with their operational time windows. Coordinating the deployment of Guard Vessels (GVs), including designating the patrol areas each vessel will be responsible for. Managing scheduled port calls for activities such as refuelling or other operational needs. This position is primarily remote (working from home).
