Offshore - Belgium

An experienced Offshore Senior Surveyor is required to support offshore construction and excavation operations. The role will involve vessel-based survey execution, equipment setup, data collection, and reporting to ensure safe and precise delivery of marine works. Key Responsibilities: Perform pre-mobilisation of Echoscope setup and survey pole mechanisms in Belgium. Conduct vessel positioning services onboard a multicat during mass flow excavation and rock bag installation campaigns. Operate Echoscope USE software to visualise excavation tools and installed rock bags. Use Qinsy for online navigation, data logging, and line tracking. Perform PLGR work, including manual layback calculations for the pre-lay grapnel train and load cell data reporting. Prepare daily and project reports on survey operations and results. Candidate Profile: Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a surveyor within marine or offshore construction environments. Strong practical knowledge of modern measurement techniques and hydrographic survey systems. Proficient in AutoCAD and Qinsy navigation software. Statutory Construction Manager

An experienced Statutory Construction Manager is required to oversee on-site construction and object monitoring during the execution phase of onshore wind projects. The role corresponds to Service Phase 8 under the German HOAI for civil engineering structures and is responsible for ensuring all construction works are completed safely, compliantly, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site construction activities and coordinate local monitoring teams. Ensure all work is executed according to approved plans, designs, and technical specifications. Monitor compliance with building regulations, safety requirements, and technical standards. Conduct functionality tests of system components and overall installations. Lead regular quality inspections and maintain detailed documentation of the construction process. Oversee adherence to site safety and security regulations to prevent accidents. Compile and submit reports, inspection records, certificates, and handover documentation. Ensure full traceability and quality assurance throughout the construction phase. Candidate Profile: Degree qualified (Dipl.-Ing. / M.Sc. in Civil Engineering or equivalent), essential for projects in Hessen. 3–5 years’ experience managing complex construction, maintenance, or service projects. Background in project management for wind energy installations (10–50 WTGs). Technical training in electrical engineering, metal construction, or a similar discipline. Proficient in safety standards and HSE management within construction environments. Our client are seeking a PPA & Revenue Manager in our Commercial Team who contributes to our PPA and revenue execution and delivery across their  core countries. The candidate should have a good understanding of energy markets and revenue management. In addition, the candidate will bring excellent process, analytical as well communication skills. Asset Manager - Solar PV

Madrid, Spain - Spain

On behalf of our client, a leading investment fund in the renewable energy industry, LSP Renewables are recruiting for an Asset Manager in Madrid to manage the technical and commercial performance of large scale Solar PV assets in in Iberia.    Our client own more than 800MW of Solar PV assets across 3 countries, and more than 50 projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising cash flows and investment value on behalf of our client the their investors.  Key Responsibilities Asset & Commercial Management: Be able to review and comment on plant lay-outs, design and yield calculations. Follow up daily performance of the assets – KPI monitoring and asset optimization of solar assets; Carry out regular site visits to ensure that the asset meets the correct quality, technical specifications and ensure their ongoing compliance with applicable legislations and regulations. Review maintenance plans and completion of works to ensure compliance, to the extent required implement improvements. Oversight of response to non-routine operational issues occurring at sites (material equipment failure etc) with the aim of maximizing production across the portfolio; Incident management and resolution including the closing out all logged incidents (including preventative maintenance). Support with any matters arising from Debt provision including but not limited to: budget review, reporting (internal and external)etc. Accounts & Compliance: Co-ordinating with the London Portfolio Management and Finance team to have financial statements prepared for each Project SPV; Approving and co-ordinating payments from project accounts as required, following the management of a closed budget per SPV. Work with finance team managing processes around bonds, cash retentions, P&L, Cash flow, OPEX, etc. Monthly review and reporting to lenders on revenues, costs, EBITDA, etc; Preparing the annual budgets for the assets, assessing energy prices forecasts, contingency expenditures based on previous years costs, etc. Ensuring the compliance of the power purchase agreements reporting, annual reconciliation, monitor of escrow accounts, invoicing process, commercial review of T&C etc. Requirements Degree educated in an Engineering discipline 3+ years in asset management (preferably Solar PV but other renewables technologies will be considered) Solid commercial acumen - contract management (EPC, PPA, O&M, debt facility agreement etc.)

Client Representative WTG Installation (SOV)

Applicants must hold the right to work in the EU / an EU Passport. Role Overview: Represent the WTG package on the SOV and act as the main point of contact for all activities and requests, involving in particular the supervision and coordination of energization activities and taking-over quality inspections. The representative shall witness operational activities where safe to do so, observe the Contractor’s performance, and represent the WTG package team in matters of HSE, quality, Contractors' procedures, and programme. Attend regular meetings and conference calls on behalf of the WTG package when required. Provide regular reporting towards the WTG package team Document and agree (with the representatives of the WTG OEM contractor) the progress of the works on a daily basis in the form of a Daily Progress Report (DPR). The DPR shall be recorded into a system provided by the Employer. Prompt identification and notification of any construction issue that may arise or have the potential to arise during the works and contributing in resolving any issues where applicable.  Perform inspections and record findings in quality tracking system. Management of safety through participation in safety on behalf of our Client. This should include identification and reporting any safety-related observations on a day to day basis as well as performing primary duties and raising alerts to any perceived trends relating to HSE risks as they arise. The representative has no contractual authority, except for the authority to intervene or stop the operations in cases of safety or quality infringements or if procedures are not being followed by the Contractor.   CERTIFICATIONS: GWO BST Training: Sea Survival Working at heights First Aid Fire Awareness Manual Handling.
