Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and well-structured project estimates for solar farm and construction-related works. Develop cost plans, pricing schedules, and project calculations. Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and supporting project information. Send out and manage RFPs, RFIs and other pre-construction enquiries to suppliers, subcontractors and specialist contractors. You will ensure that all works are delivered in line with project specifications, quality standards, health and safety requirements, programme milestones and budget expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage site operations for ground-mounted solar PV installations. Supervise construction activities and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project plans, health and safety regulations and quality requirements. Our client is looking for a Project Management Senior Specialist to support the delivery of a major renewable energy project in Taiwan. This role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of renewable energy projects and operating assets, ensuring smooth project execution and continuity of asset operations. The Project Management Senior Specialist acts as the central coordination point between internal teams, regional Asset Operations & Maintenance, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution, regulatory compliance, and efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure execution aligns with approved schedules, budgets, and project objectives. Support project planning, implementation, commissioning, handover, and close-out activities. Maintain project documentation, trackers, action logs, meeting minutes, and reporting dashboards. Coordinate internal approvals and follow up on outstanding actions across multiple stakeholders. Prepare regular project status reports highlighting progress, risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
