LSP Renewables have partnered with a leading asset management services business to recruit an O&M Account Manager to maximise and optimise their utility scale Onshore Wind portfolio.  Our client provide asset management services to owners of utility scale Onshore Wind, Solar PV, and Battery Storage projects. The successful candidate will build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, turbine manufacturers, and O&M contractors, whilst optimising the portfolio and managing the operational and asset management contracts.  Key Responsibilities Building and maintaining sound working relations and representing the Company with all key stakeholders in relation to the Wind assets both internally and externally e.g planners, landowners, turbine suppliers and O & M providers, including representing the Company at local community benefit fund meetings. Managing all sites within the Company’s portfolio ensuring that they are being effectively operated to optimise these assets in accordance with contractual, technical, environmental and budgetary requirements Identify fleet under-performance and liaise with the wider team to implement an action plan to resolve. Contract Management of all operational contracts and asset management agreements. Update as Asset Management Database tool for the operational fleet. Reporting on operational performance and providing detailed analysis and explanation to the Line Manager and Senior management and third-party owners. Support the procurement process during the pre-award phase and provide commercial management expertise throughout contract execution (post-award). Strong understanding of contract performance measurement, risk management and change and claim management within governance parameters and adopting best practice. Providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget and then driving improvements in the accuracy of forecasts and budgets Pro-actively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow and ensuring that applications are made correctly and in a timely manner. Our client is looking for a Project Development Manager who is able to develop renewable energy projects in Romania. The site operates 60 multi-technology power plants, including solar, wind, and hydro, with a combined capacity of 312MW 11 plants are located in Romania: 2 on-shore wind parks, 7 solar photovoltaic assets, and 2 hydroelectric power plants. Key Responsibilities Lead project development of in-house/JV PV, wind and hybrid projects. Originate and develop new Wind projects in the region. Manage co-development activities with potential partners/developers. Support Chief Development Officer in managing the existing JV relationships day to day activities. Be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of wind and solar energy projects until the start of the construction in Romania. Identify and assess potential sites for wind and solar energy projects in Romania, considering factors such as land availability, resource potential, regulatory requirements, potential subsidies and environmental impact. Lead the development of renewable energy projects, including conducting feasibility studies, securing permits and approvals, negotiating land leases, running subsidy process and managing stakeholder relationships. Support M&A and central development functions by assessing new renewable energy projects. Develop project budgets and financial plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial targets.
