As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of complex projects, overseeing all aspects of planning, organisation, scheduling, and implementation. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and subject‑matter experts to ensure high‑quality, innovative project outcomes.
Skills and Requirements
- Demonstrated experience delivering mechanical projects from pre‑construction through commissioning and handover, within agreed timelines and budget parameters.
- Advantageous experience managing combined Mechanical and Electrical project scopes.
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen, including a solid understanding of project P&L performance.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop a cross‑functional project team.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ post‑qualification experience.
- A relevant third‑level qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
- Strong IT proficiency, including familiarity with project scheduling tools and CSA‑related activities.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a cross‑functional team environment.
- Previous experience delivering medium‑ to large‑scale building services projects.
- Healthcare project experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
