The RoleOur Client is recruiting for a Solar Project Manager to lead and support PV projects in Italy, managing all aspects of the assigned PV projects ensuring timely completion within budget, while minimizing risks and maximizing margins. Responsibilities Manage the development of the PV plant from site establishment through to Final Completion Coordinate and manage the project engineering revisions Budget and cash flow management Work proactively to obtain all the secondary permitting missing liaising with Project Development Team Direct interaction with the DNO/TSO to ensure the network connection of PV generation facilities Verify the compliance of the Quality implementation of the construction activities Supervise the compliance of the construction with the approved design Ensure quality and timing in the construction, development, and closure of projects during implementation Management of all local stakeholders Check and manage the project timeline Implement a risk management strategy to all the assigned projects Communicate with the authorities having jurisdictions regarding interconnection, permitting, and other regulatory compliance issues during construction Identify the sources of likely problems and proactively take preventive measures to avoid any potential project risks, and determine response actions to mitigate any negative impact Issuing periodic reports to the Company board Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex infrastructure or utility-scale renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage, or hybrid) Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders in international or regional contexts Solid understanding of project financing principles, procurement processes, and energy commercial frameworks (PPAs) Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite Fluent in Italian & English
