Role Overview:
The Consents Senior Specialist will be instrumental in managing the obtainment and compliance of consents required for the construction and operations of the Offshore Wind Farm. This role demands a subject matter expert who can navigate the complexities of permits and consents, ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement and compliance throughout the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consents Management: Secure all necessary permits and consents, ensuring compliance throughout the construction phase.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with statutory and non-statutory authorities, ensuring transparent communication.
- Project Coordination: Interface with various project packages, primarily Engineering and EPCI, to ensure continuous transfer of consents requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Conduct technical reviews of permits and consents documentation, providing expert input to the project team.
- Support Functions: Assist the environment team and PMO team with risk, programme, and change management. Provide technical input for presentations at key meetings.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Educational Background: MSc or other relevant Master’s degree in engineering.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience within the offshore wind industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong coordination and communication skills in both Polish and English.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in managing permits and consents, with the ability to perform project tasks effectively.
