Role Responsibilities:

- Measurement Equipment Installation: Determine and install necessary measurement equipment to ensure precise data collection.
- Data Processing: Measure and process data before, during, and after project execution, conducting field checks in line with contractual agreements.
- Data Verification and Analysis: Verify data accuracy, analyse and interpret results, and compile comprehensive reports for Project Management and clients.
- Database Management: Start and maintain a database, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Evaluation and Reporting: Evaluate survey phases and end results, identify nonconformities, and propose solutions to improve processes and resolve issues.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Extensive Experience: Over 7 years of experience as a Survey Technician, with a strong background in offshore or marine operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in handling bathymetric, positioning, and geophysical data.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Proactive Approach: A proactive personality, capable of identifying and addressing issues promptly.
- Software Knowledge: Good knowledge and experience with MS Office.

Qualifications and Certifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Hydrography, or Geospatial Science.
- Certifications: Full GWO, VCA, BOSIET, HUET, Shoulder measurement, Chester, and Nebosh.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work within the specified location.
