Our client are looking for an Offshore Site Manager on a contract basis to support their team with he development of project site plans, tender documentation, contract negotiation and more. Key Responsibilities Development of Offshore Wind Farm Construction Site plans Create tender documents for the Logistics and Construction Site Contracts Evaluation of tender returns Support contract negotiation for Logistics and Construction Site Contracts Management of the relevant Logistics and Construction Site Contracts in the offshore construction phase (incl UXO/Boulder removal, TETRA/Communication, Marine Coordination, CTV`s, Guard Vessel, People & Vessel Tracking, Agents, Sea Marking, Interim Works, acting as first Logistics point of contact to the Danish Maritime Authority) Driving best practice for time scheduling, budget control and interdisciplinary coordination of offshore construction activities Driving best practice for budgetary proposal processes with domestic and international offshore construction companies Support procurement with preparation of contracts and vessel charters with offshore construction companies Provide general cross functional support to the logistics package team Professional proficiency spoken and written English and Danish Report to Team Lead Offshore Construction Logistics Requirements Strong (Senior level) experience in development and construction projects of offshore wind farms (min 10 years, more preferred) Deeply founded understanding of setting up a construction site and associated contracts (TETRA/Communication, Marine Coordination, CTV`s, Guard Vessel, People & Vessel Tracking, Agents, Sea Marking, Interim Works, acting as first Logistics point of contact to the Danish Maritime Authority) Ability to plan, coordinate and execute UXO and Boulder Clearance campaigns in coordination with the Site Investigation team, Consent team and Danish Military Strong HSE and Quality mindset Strong project Management experience in offshore logistics Strong intercultural communication and negotiation skills Proven track record in offshore wind project management and package management
