Multi-skilled maintenance experience in the Solar or BESS industry. Strong working knowledge of BESS systems including batteries, BMS, HVAC, and fire suppression systems. Advanced IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, IP configuration, and diagnostic software). Practical understanding of SCADA systems, networking, remote monitoring, and related protocols. Valid certification for safe on-site work in accordance with European standards. Willingness to travel to multiple sites; overnight or international travel required. English fluency. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in monitoring centre operations or remote system performance management. Prior experience in development or maintenance roles with Tier-1 BESS suppliers.
