Land Project Manager – Renewable Energy

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct prospecting sessions with local authorities to secure necessary agreements for project development.
- Engage with farmers and landowners to obtain land for renewable energy projects.
- Represent projects to local stakeholders, including authorities, farmers, and other local players.
- Identify and address technical and environmental issues early in the project lifecycle.
- Ensure the technical and urban compatibility of prospective land.
- Define large-scale renewable energy projects for submission to permitting teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and report on project progress.
- Support and train junior staff in their roles.
- Undertake additional tasks aligned with the Securing/Origination development strategy.

Mandatory Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in prospecting for renewable energy projects (wind and/or solar) in France.
- Strong sales acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in French and a solid understanding of the agricultural sector.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects at various stages of development.
- Team-oriented with the ability to mentor junior staff.
- Independent, perseverant, and possessing a valid driving licence for mobility within France.

Additional Experience/Skills:
- Expertise in a specific field of origination.
- Knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Proficiency in oral and written English communication.
- Natural leadership or managerial potential.
