Our client is looking for a Bauingenieur (m/w/d) für die Bauüberwachung von Erd-, Wasser- und Spezialtiefbauprojekten to oversee the construction supervision of major projects in Rheine.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor the technical implementation on-site.
• Ensure the quality of construction execution.
• Manage timelines, costs, and resources.
• Maintain communication with clients, authorities, and specialist planners.
• Oversee the economic viability of your projects.

About You

• You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification.
• You possess professional experience as a construction supervisor, site manager, or senior construction manager in earthworks, hydraulic engineering, or specialist foundation engineering.
• You ideally have knowledge of tendering software, such as RIB iTWO.
• You are proficient in the MS Office suite.
• You work in a structured and independent manner and possess strong organisational skills.
• You are a team player and communicate confidently with clients and partners.
• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
