Key Responsibilities Own HSE on the infrastructure corridor, conducting daily documented site walkdowns and defect tracking, with the authority to stop work in case of acute danger. Write, update, and review risk assessments, operating instructions, and work permits for various activities. Deliver site inductions, recurring instruction, and toolbox talks, ensuring proper documentation. Monitor compliance across all trades and subcontractors with relevant German HSE regulations. Maintain the legal register and keep the site updated as regulations change. Handle notification duties, including accident reports and environmental incidents. Oversee the environmental scope, including waste management and emissions control. Own the emergency and fire protection plan, including escape route planning and evacuation drills.
