Our client is looking for a Construction Supervisor, Insulation & Coating to support the delivery of a major energy infrastructure project in Brunsbüttel, Germany. The role sits in the BOP and Piping scope, covering the cryogenic transfer piping and its cold insulation, coating and corrosion protection. Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct the subcontractor performing insulation and coating works on site, driving progress against the construction schedule Coordinate work fronts and sequencing with piping erection, mechanical, E&I and scaffolding Inspect surface preparation, coating application and insulation systems, including vapour barriers and cladding Witness hold points, raise and close NCRs and punch list items Enforce safety protocols in blasting, coating and insulation areas Maintain quality records and report progress to project management About You FROSIO or AMPP/NACE CIP certification. Level III preferred, Level II considered where the rest of the profile fits Proven construction supervision experience. You direct subcontractors on site, not only inspect their work Insulation experience on process piping, ideally cold or cryogenic service SCC or VCA certificate for site access, or willing to obtain it before start Available six days per week on site for the full term Proficient in English. Our client is looking for a Bauüberwacher Tiefbau / Kabelbau to support the delivery of a major renewable energy project in Mannheim. Key Responsibilities Conduct site inspections and monitor actual construction progress across multiple teams. Verify the quality and contractual compliance of completed work. Oversee personnel and equipment deployment. Review and document quantities and performance metrics. Ensure that completed work is fully documented for billing purposes. Identify additional work and potential change orders. Maintain photographic and comprehensive site documentation, storing records in Microsoft Cloud. Recognise and document schedule deviations, disruptions, and performance issues. Coordinate with site managers, teams, and client representatives. Proactively escalate quality, schedule, or cost issues. Provide regular reports to management. About You Several years of experience in construction supervision, management, or coordination. Experience in civil engineering, road construction, or utility and network construction, ideally medium-voltage cable installation. Proficient in reading and reviewing plans, specifications, and technical requirements. Experience with measurement, performance documentation, and billing preparation. Ability to identify and document deviations, disruptions, and change order situations. Experience coordinating teams and subcontractors, particularly in a multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities Daily management and supervision of the construction contractor on site. Monitoring progress against contractual and detailed construction schedules. Addressing issues related to personnel and equipment availability, material supply, and productivity, and enforcing corrective actions. Reviewing forecast programs, construction processes, resource planning, and subcontractor interfaces. Coordinating structural and finishing trades with planning, MEP, fire protection, safety technology, elevators, and interior construction. Reviewing procedural descriptions, work and assembly planning, material approvals, inspection plans, and construction methods. Monitoring concrete, masonry, sealing, facade, roof, window, and door works for compliance with plans, specifications, and German standards. Solid practical knowledge in reinforced concrete, masonry, facade construction, WU roofs, and building envelopes. Proven experience in managing and demanding performance from German construction or subcontractors. Familiarity with VOB/B, BGB, DIN and EN standards, as well as relevant building regulations. Ability to read, coordinate, and identify interface conflicts in architectural, structural, and MEP plans before execution. Strong skills in schedule tracking, performance monitoring, quality assurance, and construction documentation. Contractual and commercial understanding, particularly regarding changes, disruption documentation, measurements, and payment evidence. Prepare change offers from the contractor's side, including operational preparation and potential calculations. Provide expert opinions and statements on operational and economic construction matters as well as contractual correspondence.
