Our client is looking for an HSE Professional to support the delivery of a major renewable energy project in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist on daily operational tasks to ensure a safe work environment, working closely with supervisors and site management to promote safe work solutions.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on site to support the project team and stakeholders on HSE deliverables.
• Advise management regarding legal compliance.
• Ensure full transparency towards the client's objectives, targets, and KPI numbers.
• Implement the incident management system.
• Follow requirements for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Ensure that tasks are covered by risk assessments, method statements, lifting plans, etc.

About You

• Technical education or understanding of electrical or mechanical systems is preferable.
• Understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Good IT skills, particularly in MS Office.
• Relevant HSE experience and education within the HSE area.
• Great communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Health and safety mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Team player with an approachable personality and ability to understand cultural differences.
• Structured and socially calibrated, with facilitator competencies.
