Our client is looking for a Site Manager - Wind to support the delivery of a major renewable energy project in Germany. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and manage site activity resources in line with the project program, budget, scope, and assumptions to ensure project deliverables. Establish stakeholder relationships and communication. Ensure all documentation requirements are established and delivered in accordance with the appropriate schedules. Complete required reporting. Promote and be accountable for Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards, including non-conformity management. Drive company policies and standards, ensuring the highest levels of compliance. Contribute to a positive and safe working environment by being an open and positive point of reference for stakeholders. Oversee all construction activities to monitor compliance with safety and quality regulations. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. Review work progress daily to meet contractual conditions of performance. Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging challenges. Analyze, control, and mitigate risks. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Run complex, larger projects with higher exposure as the Lead Site Manager. Implement and drive initiatives on sites and coach, train, and develop new and existing Site Managers. Be part of the extended Site Execution Management team. About You Formal qualification in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is advantageous. Proven working experience in the construction industry is beneficial but not essential. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods. Understanding of all facets of the construction process for onshore/offshore wind farms. Knowledge of safety processes and local legislation. You are motivated and results-oriented with a strong emphasis on safety. Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance responsibilities and prioritise workloads. Ability to influence independently and as a collaborator. Competent in conflict and crisis management while maintaining professionalism in time-sensitive situations. Leadership and human resource management skills. Intercultural competencies. Fluent in written and spoken English. Good time and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
