Adam Grainger is the Founder and CEO of LSP. Starting his career in the recruitment industry in 1997, for the past 2 decades Adam has been connecting talented professionals with companies operating within the global Energy Engineering sector. Understanding his customers, the wider industry and the motivations of the people working within it, have been key to Adams success ; this ethos resonates throughout LSP and is the cornerstone of our business. For the past decade, Adam has worked exclusively with customers in the Renewable Energy & Transmission sector. Adam has vast global experience, working with Renewable Energy clients throughout Europe, Americas and Asia. Adam founded LSP in 2017 bringing together some of the leading players in our field.
Lewis Duffy is another of our Directors here at LSP Renewables. With over 10 years' experience working in the Renewables Energy Industries. Lewis is highly competent in managing and leading multi-functional teams, globally. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills in developing strong client relationships and establising strategic partnerships, Lewis is responsible for the Business Development and the Strategic Planning & Implementation of our offering across EMEA, APAC and the AMERICAS.
Ashley Harrington is a Director of LSP Renewables. He has been working within the Renewable Energy industry since 2011, and consults for many of the leading developers, utilities, owners & EPCI’s across the industry, in particular within wind energy. At LSP, Ashley is responsible for the direction & management of the whole recruitment division, with a wealth of experience in the renewable energy sector, Ashley has been instrumental in driving sustainable initiatives and recruitment services to his proud client base.
Morad Bantal joined LSP as the Regional Director for the APAC region. Starting his career in the recruitment industry in 2012, Morad over the years has been involved in the setup and expansion of various energy recruitment businesses across Europe, the Middle East and APAC. In addition, he acquired and managed large scale international energy projects for clients in the renewable energy industry. Morad spent the majority of his career in Asia, from where he will be responsible for growing LSP’s regional business and service offerings. He firmly believes in building long-term business relationships and has successfully done this with leading developers, utility companies, EPCI contractors and service companies across the globe.
Kathryn joined LSP in 2020 having worked within the recruitment sector since 2008. As a previous recruiter Kathryn re-trained into marketing achieving a diploma with the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2013 then transitioned into an Operational role in 2021 overseeing the compliance and marketing teams for LSP. With her insight into the sales and marketing side of recruitment she helps the entire LSP business to operate in a timely and costly manner, being re-active & pro-active. Kathryn acts as Operations Director, managing all operational matters globally for LSP.
Dharmesh joined LSP in 2018 as our Finance Manager. Having worked in the recruitment sector for the past 9 years, Dharmesh is an experienced accountant having held financial roles in services, telecoms, and banking. Dharmesh is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Seth has specialised in supporting his clients international manpower needs by providing senior level appointments within the renewables, engineering and construction sector since 2006. Combining understanding, market knowledge and integrity Seth has supported clients business critical hiring and strategic leadership hiring in providing true recruitment solutions to client partners who are looking to attract market leaders and innovators who will enhance reputations and deliver highly complex projects in challenging market environments. Responsible for originating and leading overseas recruitment teams by developing new business in unchartered regions, Seths knowledge will enable LSP to continue in growing their reputation as the leading renewables industry recruitment specialist.
Adrian joined LSP Renewables in August 2019 as our Commercial Manager on a consultancy basis. In June 2021, Adrian joined the team as a full time employee to deal with all legal responsibilities across our offices.Adrian advises and supports the team with all contracts, onboarding, insurance and entity solutions.
Kyri started his recruitment career in 2013, accumulating experience within Oil; Gas and Renewables. Since 2015 Kyri has worked in partnership with many of the leading offshore wind developers; utilities, servicing their requirements for permanent; contract personnel across the UK, Europe; Asia and as a Senior Account Manager for key clients. Kyri joined us in 2019 as a Senior Account Manager, and has recently stepped into his new role as Head of Key Accounts & Delivery. Kyri is responsible for the management of our delivery team to ensure all requirements are serviced to the highest level.
Andy is LSP’s Head of Key Accounts and assists LSP’s clients globally in growing their contract and permanent project resource. He has been active within renewable energy recruitment since 2014. Andy’s role involves him working closely with leading the renewable energy supply chain to ensure resource demands are met. He also has additional responsibility for the day to day management of LSP’s Delivery Team ensuring our clients are provided with best in class candidates.
As Head of Wind, Sam supports LSP by covering executive search, retained and contingency permanent hires across the Renewable Energy market. Sam has been in recruitment since 2007 and has focused entirely on renewable energy since 2013. He has developed a specialist knowledge of the industry and a network that spans the entire project life cycle from initial feasibility, through construction and into O&M. Wind Energy has been the main technology over the years with significant solar and more recently storage and green hydrogen.
Ryan started his recruitment career in 2013 and has since accumulated experience supporting clients and candidates within the global offshore wind sector. Ryan has built and managed partnerships with many of the leading offshore wind developers, utilities, owners and EPCI’s across the industry in the UK, Europe, USA & Asia.
Erik joined LSP Renewables as the Team Lead for South Korea. He started his career in recruitment back in 2013 and shortly developed himself into a multi-faceted recruitment professional. Erik has been successful in developing and delivering on long term client relationships across the regional energy market.
Cory joins LSP with 6 years experience within the recruiting industry with the majority being specialized within the Energy/Utilities industry. Working in the Energy market for the last 6 years has given Cory a deep understanding of the challenges Contractors, EPC’s, Manufacturers and Utilities face on a day to day basis with their staffing needs. Cory is passionate about helping the US transition to renewables and seeing the grid become green.
As a Senior Consultant, James is focusing on the US market leveraging 7 years of experience at LSP Renewables to provide a customer-centric and industry-leading level of service to our clients and candidates. His role is designed to create a synergy between LSP Renewables UK & US. With a keen eye for detail, passion for the industry and an accomplished track record in the UK, Europe & APAC James is well placed to achieve this goal. James is dedicated to assisting our clients in delivering their projects, and helping our candidates grow professionally in this dynamic and exciting industry. He believes this is achieved through focussing on a streamlined and high-quality experience wherever our clients and candidates are in the world.
Francesca became involved in the renewable energy industry in 2009 where she was a HR Advisor to Orsted (formerly Dong Energy). Francesca joined LSP at inception after completing a Master's degree focused in Human Resource Management and Recruitment from the University of Kent. She works as our Head of Talent Advisory, she has a demonstrated history of working as a HR Generalist and Senior Recruiter. Skilled in; Talent Acquisition, HR Policies, Employee Relations and Performance Management. Fran specialises in working with Senior Level hires such as Project Directors, Heads Of, Bid Directors and more and can provde market insights, salary benchmarking advice and more in a confidential setting.
As a Senior Consultant at LSP Renewables, Dennie focuses on engaging with new partners and offering LSP’s renowned high quality service to the Renewable Energy market. Dennie also ensures that current client relationships are as strong as ever and is responsible for client satisfaction. His current role involves engaging with the Tier 1 supplier space, mostly within Offshore Wind, on a global scale. He is responsible for creating new relationships, providing bespoke solutions in response to the ever-growing demand on the talent pool in this market. LSP have a proud and proven track record in supplying Blue and White Collar professionals to our customers and Dennie is at the forefront of engaging with possible clients to ensure they are aware of this and the benefits of partnering with an agency dedicated solely to this unique and booming industry.
Scott has been recruiting into the Solar PV industry since 2014, placing experienced professionals across more than 10 European countries. He works across the full project lifecycle from Project Development through to and Asset Management, including Investment and Finance, and Module/Inverter Sales. Scott has built and managed relationships with leading asset owners and IPP in the PV industry through delivering recruitment solutions as well as attending industry events. Scott joined LSP Renewables in March in 2021 as a Senior Consultant. However recently, Scott was promoted to our Head of Solar to manage and build out our dedicated Solar division.
Alex joined LSPs Taiwan office with a background in Human Resource Management. He has been involved in Taiwan renewable industry by consulting and fulfilling local and global talent requirements for our Developers, Services Providers and EPCI clients across APAC region. As a bilingual in the Mandarin and English language he has been able to develop and maintained a high level of the knowledge and understanding of Asia Renewable Market and is dedicated to provide high-quality consulting for both the clients and candidates.
Joy joined LSP as the Recruitment Team Lead APAC. Since completing her Engineering degree at the National Taiwan University and Nation Cheng Kung University Joy has a solid knowledge of the Asian renewable energy industry. Her project management and global business development experience allowed her to build up market insight and networks quickly. Starting her career in recruitment back in 2017, Joy leverages on her extensive local market experience, which involved business development, global key account management and large recruitment projects. As a bilingual in the Mandarin and English language, she has been successfully recruiting international talents across the region and firmly believes in building long-term business relationships through her foundation and reputation in the renewable recruitment industry. After Joys hard work and determination, she has recently been promoted to Senior Manager APAC within our Taiwan office.

Leam joined LSP in 2023 as a Senior Consultant within our dedicated cables division. After three and a half years of experience recruiting offshore personnel in the subsea cable, renewable energy and defence industries, Leam looks to provide our clients with highly skilled personnel to assist with a variety of cables projects across the globe.
With 10 years; experience across a variety of industry sectors, Faye joined the LSP team in 2022 as a Consultant. After a successful year of supporting the permanent delivery function, and becoming a vital member of the team, Faye was promoted to Client Development Manager, Faye assists with our new and existing key client engagement and nurturing relationships and has been excelling as client development manager for nearly 2 years now.
With 15+ years of experience in the staffing industry, paired with over a decade of expertise specialising in the Renewable Energy domain, John has built strong, lasting relationships with some of the industries most recognised brands and their strategic leadership figureheads. Holding key business leadership and strategy-enabling positions throughout his career, John has navigated through the rapid rise of Renewable Energy, scaling specialist teams and delivering exceptional services to his client network, with a current core focus on Onshore Renewables, encompassing Grid, Interconnectors, HVDC and Solar/Storage.
George graduated from the University of Greenwich with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. He joined LSP in February 2020 as a Delivery Consultant within our delivery team. Using his knowledge of Civil Engineering to provide first class delivery, George quickly took on the role of Senior Delivery Consultant and became a vital part of our delivery function. George has been with LSP for over 2 years and was promoted to an Account Managers across both our Permanent and Contract Division. George will focus on delivering and networking within Senior roles across the renewable energy industry.
Stephanie joined the Delivery Team in 2018 and has quickly established herself valued member of the delivery team. She has been recently promoted to an Account Manager across our permanent and contract division. Stephanie will now be the dedicated and go to for all PMO related positions, these include but are not limited to; Cost Control, Document Control, Estimator, Planners (PMO, Risk and Project Controls).
AJ entered the renewable energy sector in 2018, bringing a fresh perspective and a commitment to driving sustainable projects forward. Since joining LSP in 2019, she has quickly established herself as an integral member of the Delivery Team. Her deep industry knowledge, extensive experience, and strong network have not only propelled her success but also earned her a reputation as a respected and trusted Consultant among site-based personnel in the wind energy sector. In recognition of her achievements and influence, AJ has been promoted to Senior Delivery Consultant, in this role, she collaborates closely with clients to understand their unique project needs and consistently delivers best-in-class talent tailored to meet specific operational challenges. Her ability to align top-tier professionals with key project demands has solidified her reputation as a consultant who prioritizes both client satisfaction and industry excellence.
Sophie joined LSP in February 2020 to support the delivery team, providing experienced talent in to our contract client base. Whilst part of the delivery team Sophie specialised in subsea cable, looking after and some of our key clients. Sophie now works as a Consultant within our Senior division.
Beck joins LSP as an Associate Consultant. Having been in different industries sales experience and event planning since 2016, Beck brings a range of transferrable skills and local knowledge to assist our APAC growth.
Sandy Chen joins LSP Renewables as Associate Consultant in our Taiwan team, striving to help create value by building meaningful shareholder relationships in Asia renewable energy industry.
Ming joined LSP Renewables as an Associate Consultant with a strong background within the accounting industry and analytical skills across various different sectors. He brings a diverse set of transferable skills and local knowledge that will contribute to the growth of our APAC team.
Bosha joined LSP Renewables as a Consultant in our Taiwan office in January 2024. Bringing with her two years of recruitment experience in the Renewable, Oil and Gas, and High Technology industries, Bosha has experience of successfully managing both contract and permanent placements. Before venturing into the recruitment field, Bosha served as a Regional Sales Representative in the electronics sector. With a goal to foster strong relationships with experts, Bosha is dedicated to contributing towards making the world a more sustainable place.
Neil is a dedicated solar PV consultant with LSP Renewables' onshore renewables team, specializing in connecting top-tier talent with leading companies across Europe. Since joining LSP in August 2022, Neil has successfully placed professionals at every stage of the project lifecycle, including Development, EPC, Asset Management, and Sales, working on behalf of leading Utilities, IPPs, Developers, EPCs, and O&M providers in the solar PV industry. Neil's extensive customer service skills enable him to deliver a first-class experience to both new and existing clients.

Dylan Church joined LSP Renewables in 2021 undertaking our apprenticeship in Recruitment Resourcing. After finishing his apprenticeship, Dylan is now focusing on all areas of Procurement Commercial Management across the renewable energy industry. This will include but is not limited to the following; Contract/Claims, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Quantity Surveyor and Supply Chain Management.

After joining LSP Renewables in January 2023, Henri, as an Associate Consultant is specifically dedicated to delivering a market leading service within the Engineering Division. With a considerate approach, Henri feels the experience the candidate is left with after working with LSP is most valued. Working within the Engineering Division, his role involves delivery across areas such as Geoscience (technical/physical), Yield/Wind Analysis, Grid/OSS, SCADA, Mechanical, Cables, Civil’s, Electrical/Transmission, Foundations/Structures, O&M, as well as Senior Management and ‘Head of’ level opportunities. Henri is involved in all areas renewables including Offshore/Onshore Wind, Solar, and Hydrogen. Balancing his previous experience in recruitment, and his journey with LSP Renewables so far, Henri shares our goal of growing the renewable energy sector and shaping a net zero future.
Freddie joined LSP in September 2023 as his first full time position after finishing his A Levels in June 2023. Freddie brings a range of customer service experience from part time positions he has previously been in. Freddie will assist our Site team where he will focus on both permanent and contract recruitment within the renewable energy industry. The areas Freddie will focus on include but are not limited to; CDM, Coating Inspectors, HSE (Advisors and Engineers), Quality (Managers, Engineers and Inspectors - WTG), and more. Freddie's journey at LSP Renewables is just beginning, and he is excited to collaborate with fellow professionals who share his vision for a greener future.
Luke joined LSP Renewables in September 2023 after completing his A Levels in June. Luke brings a range of interpersonal and customer service skills where he will apply these when supporting our Engineering Team. Luke will cover a range of permanent and contract positions across all areas of Engineering within the renewable energy industry. Areas Luke will focus on include but are not limited to; Geoscience (technical/physical), Grid/OSS Engineering, Interface Engineering & Management, Mechanical Engineering, Cable Engineers, Civil Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Foundation Engineers and more.
As an Associate Consultant at LSP Renewables, Storm specialises in the development, consenting and environmental aspects of projects across all renewable technologies. Storm has a passion for the environment and assisting in global efforts to meet net zero. Storm is responsible for providing developers, IPP’s and the wider renewables supply chain with the best possible resources to ensure projects are developed and consented before being handed over to engineering teams

Athena joined LSP Renewables in September 2022 after travelling Asia for 6 months. After achieving a BSc degree in Psychology, Athena gained a range of experience within clerking and sales that she will apply to the Contracts and Compliance Team. Athena will support our contractors and clients on a daily basis, with focus on our Site team and their mobilisation, certification and contract needs.
As an Operations Lead APAC at LSP Renewables, Rita specialises in employment service compliance and auditing, focusing on the application for work permits for expats coming to Taiwan, as well as local labor regulations and relevant legal provisions. She is dedicated to promoting compliance in employment services and provides the fastest and most convenient advice on work permit applications from the client's perspective. Additionally, she formulates internal guidelines and regulations based on relevant legal provisions, such as the Employment Service Act, the Gender Equality Act, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act, among others. Her role involves coordinating with local vendors and internal departments. She manages contracts for clients and candidates, ensuring that all content is updated and renewed on time. Additionally, she supports our sales team in providing professional and timely service to our clients.
Isabel joined our team in March 2024, bringing with her a diverse background in social media and community management. Graduating with a 2:1 BA Hons in Media Production in 2021, she has since honed her expertise within the Digital Marketing sector. Isabel plays a key role in the Marketing Team, leveraging her content creation, copywriting, and creative skills to drive impactful campaigns. Her talents extend to developing innovative marketing strategies, crafting compelling presentations and brochures, and collaborating with colleagues to maximize the team’s marketing potential.
After achieving a 2:1 BA hons degree in Commercial Photography in 2020, Charlotte joined LSP as Office Compliance Administrator to support our ever-growing sales teams and contract base. Charlotte quickly progressed into our Business Support function where she assisted the team with marketing, and internal recruitment. In August 2022 Charlotte was promoted to Marketing Executive. As LSP has grown the need for a further marketing profile was required and with Charlottes background degree in Commercial Photography and her natural aptitude for creativeness she was the perfect choice to fill the position.
Danielle has been with LSP Renewables since 2019, supporting our clients with both their contract and permanent requirements. Danielle is now a vital member of our Contracts Compliance team where she brings a range of customer service and industry experience. She will support the rest of the team and focus on supporting the sales team daily. Danielle will be a main point of contact for all clients and contractors onboarding queries to ensure a timely and efficient process is had by all.
Izzey joined LSP Renewables in February 2022 as a Contracts & Compliance Associate. Izzey brings a wealth of customer service experience and focuses on supporting the sales team on a daily basis. Izzey will be a main point of contact for all clients and contractors onboarding queries to ensure a timely and efficient process is had by all.
Siva joined LSP Renewables in March, 2023 as an Accountant within our finance department and is a brilliant support within the finance team.
Keith joined LSP in January 2019. He is an experienced Financial Accountant with 17 years working in the recruitment industry.
Jack joined LSP in May 2022 as a Finance Assistant to support our internal growth and financial departments demand. Jack studied his AAT Level 2 and 3 at East Surrey College and is currently furthering his education by undertaking his ACCAs.
Billi joined us in April 2024, as an Assistant Accountant for UK, Asia and the USA. Billi brings vast experience from her previous 5 years of working in Finance within the Tech/Fin-Tech industry to support the financial operations at LSP Renewables. She completed her AAT Level 4 qualification in October 2023 and is looking to further her studies to become a Chartered Accountant by undertaking ACCA later in 2024.
