This is an exciting opportunity to directly contribute to the success of a new function within the business, working on high-impact projects that shape hiring strategies across the renewable energy sector. We are looking for a Salary Benchmarking Consultant to join our growing Talent Advisory team. This role offers the chance to work across a variety of recruitment and HR-focused projects, with a particular emphasis on compensation insights and competitor intelligence. You’ll work closely with our senior leadership team to support both project delivery and the promotion of our services to new and existing clients. Responsibilities Assist with promoting the function with both new and existing clients, securing uptake of the services Assist with bespoke Salary Benchmarking and Competitor Analysis exercises When required support with the provision of in-house TA support to clients on an interim basis which could include; o Guiding management through the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience o Liaise with managers on specific requirements and creating detailed job specifications o Candidate screening and utilising our in-house delivery team and platforms for talent sourcing and engagement o Support recruitment administration o Candidate screening and conduct interviews o Offer support with candidate selection and offer management guidance Requirements Experience working internally for businesses in a Talent Acquisition or HR capacity. Candidates who have recruitment agency experience, with a desire to apply skills from a different perspective will absolutely be considered. Ideally direct business development experience, but it is essential you have the confidence and desire to sell the service. Strong understanding of the full recruitment life-cycle and ideally direct experience at each stage. Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to adapt to different client requirements and communicate directly with hiring managers. Ability to support with the provision of a variety of projects (potentially simultaneously). Familiarity data analytics in recruitment and reward processes is a plus. Exposure to the renewable energy sector is highly desirable but not essential. Senior Recruitment Consultant (Executive Search)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in executive search and recruiting senior/C-suite level profiles to join our UK team in Bromley, Kent. This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client engagement to sourcing and successfully placing top-level executives. Key Responsibilities Proactively source and engage senior and C-suite level candidates through Bullhorn ATS, LinkedIn, and extensive networking via phone, face-to-face meetings, and industry conferences. Maintain and update the candidate database Qualify new vacancies received from clients, assessing key elements such as commercials, compliance/IR35, and role specifications. Prepare and present high-quality CVs/profiles to clients, ensuring a strong candidate-client match. Coordinate and manage the interview process, including coaching and preparing candidates for success. Handle the full offer-stage process, including negotiating terms and issuing contractual documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with past, current, and future candidates through regular networking.
