His background spans technology, product and leadership hiring, with a strong track record in scaling teams, improving process efficiency and implementing data led recruitment practices that deliver measurable outcomes.
Daniel has built and led delivery teams, launched recruitment academies and managed both high volume contract operations and specialist senior permanent hires. His experience covers rapid project mobilisation as well as discreet executive appointments, applying a delivery first approach.
