Having built his career across international trade, education, and executive search, Daniel brings a broad commercial perspective and a genuine understanding of what it takes to attract and place talent in complex, multicultural markets.

Prior to joining LSP, Daniel gained experience in executive search across HR, hi-tech, and C-suite roles in Taiwan, as well as business development and operations roles in Southwest China and across the wider Asia region.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, Daniel is focused on building long-term partnerships with developers, contractors, and service providers across the APAC renewables market, supporting clients in securing the talent needed to deliver the energy transition.

Our client is looking for an Accountant to manage all accounting matters for assigned entities under the group. The role will be based in Taipei, Taiwan. Key Responsibilities Support related accounting and tax activities. Manage periodic closing of management accounts, ensuring the integrity of accounting information. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other internal and external financial reports. Aid in evaluating short-term cash flow forecasts. Facilitate annual audits, statutory accounting, and tax filings. Contribute to the development and enhancement of accounting systems and procedures. Address ad-hoc requests related to accounting and tax matters. About You Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting. Technically competent in commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the accounting field. Good presentation and interpersonal skills with a good command of verbal and written English. Competency with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) is required. Familiar with IFRS and Taiwan general accounting as well as corporate finance principles and processes. Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Ability to work with little supervision and under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Develop Key account customer related Commercial Solar projects and ground mounted projects. Develop the market in Korea to create more business opportunities. Represent the company and build relationships with local government agencies and project investors / developers. Acquire new customers and manage existing customers. Track Key Account activities in SalesForce and report regularly to the leader. Participate in local and regional trade fairs and industry events. Grow company market share in the Korean PV market. Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow according to established KPIs. Support marketing activities and market communications in the region. Develop a deep understanding of the local solar market and industry trends. Implement action plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients in Korea. Qualifications & Experience: Good understanding of the Korea solar market. A minimum of 2 years (Sales Manager) or 5 years (Senior Sales Manager) successful B2B sales experience in the energy or technology industry in Korea. We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Officer to support the operational and administrative management of a growing portfolio of solar energy assets. This role will play a key part in overseeing project company operations, contract administration, financial reporting, and ongoing asset performance monitoring within the renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will work closely with investment and business development teams, contributing to both existing asset management activities and the execution of new renewable energy investments. Key Responsibilities Manage and administer contracts related to solar power generation assets, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Oversee administrative and operational activities for Special Purpose Companies (SPCs) established for solar energy projects. Coordinate invoicing and revenue collection for operating solar power plants. Manage operational expenditures, process payments, and support revenue and cost analysis. Assist Business Development and Investment teams in evaluating and executing new solar energy investments. Support the establishment, administration, and ongoing operation of new project companies (SPCs). Prepare periodic asset management reports, including: Quarterly investment return and portfolio performance updates. Annual budget, income, and expenditure planning reports. Monitor asset performance and provide insights to support informed business decisions. Qualification  Minimum 4 years of experience managing SPC administration and related operational activities within the solar or renewable energy industry. Strong understanding of renewable energy project operations and asset management processes. Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of high-voltage (HV) electrical design across offshore wind and industrial infrastructure projects, steering concepts from vision to execution. Partner closely with the Office Leader, Project Managers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Act as a central node of communication—aligning internal stakeholders while engaging external technical specialists, clients, and partners. Develop and evaluate design options, providing clear, risk-informed recommendations to guide project decision-making. Lead the preparation of technical specifications for engineering works, ensuring alignment with project standards and regulatory frameworks. Identify and coordinate critical data requirements, orchestrating the sourcing and validation of key inputs for design development. Execute and oversee assigned project tasks within the electrical and broader engineering scope, maintaining quality and timeline integrity.
