Client Representative - Noise Mitigation

Our client is looking for a Client Representative Offshore, Noise Mitigation Vessel to join their team. Key ResponsibilitiesReview and understand the Project’s HSE Plan including the Emergency Response Plan and ensure Contractor adheres to the HSE requirements;Review health and safety documents as required before execution phase commences and keep updated on changes in the documents;Prepare and distribute Daily Progress Reports (DPR) which will include progress of the works, mechanical breakdown, weather downtime etc. and ensure the DPRs are signed by all required parties (as appropriate);Ensure Contractor compliance with technical/operational requirements and that works are executed in a safe manner and to the required quality;Attend daily meetings, toolbox talks and other discussions as well as package/project meetings.Aligning and escalating topics (as necessary) to the Offshore Site Management.Monitor Safety Observations Cards (SOCs) during daily meetings and ensure they are recorded within the DPR.
