In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation process of wind turbines, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards while collaborating with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Oversee work activities to ensure alignment with safety protocols and quality standards. Distribute timely safety and installation updates to installation staff. Monitor the performance and safety of the installation team, fostering a collaborative environment. Enforce the use of current work instructions for consistent installations. Create Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when necessary and initiate corrective actions. Monitor installation progress and ensure adherence to timelines. Participate in vessel mobilization and demobilization for efficient operations. Contribute to feedback sessions and toolbox meetings for process improvement. Advocate for health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives on-site. Assist new team members with onboarding and guidance. You will ensure that all works are delivered in line with project specifications, quality standards, health and safety requirements, programme milestones and budget expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage site operations for ground-mounted solar PV installations. Supervise construction activities and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project plans, health and safety regulations and quality requirements. Monitor daily progress, resource utilisation, workmanship and site productivity. Conduct site inspections, identify issues and coordinate timely resolutions. Collaborate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders. Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, documentation and change order reviews. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business strategies to secure backhaul cargo for vessels operating from Europe. Build and maintain relationships with cargo owners, freight forwarders, ship owners, project developers, EPC contractors, and logistics partners across Europe. Identify and develop transportation opportunities in industries including offshore wind, offshore engineering, our client, project cargo, and oversized cargo. Lead commercial negotiations for vessel chartering and cargo contracts. Coordinate vessel scheduling and optimize fleet deployment to maximize voyage profitability. Monitor market trends, freight rates, and cargo opportunities throughout Europe. Ensure compliance with European port regulations, customs requirements, and international maritime standards. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Metocean and Hydrodynamics Engineer to support offshore wind projects across the full project lifecycle, from site assessment and design through construction and operations. The role focuses on metocean analysis, environmental data interpretation, design basis development, offshore installation support, and technical assurance. Experience with floating offshore wind is advantageous but not essential. Key Responsibilities Lead metocean assessment strategies and offshore measurement campaigns. Analyze metocean data and develop design criteria for offshore wind projects. Review numerical models and environmental studies to support engineering decisions. Provide technical input for offshore installation planning, marine operations, and weather window analysis. Support certification, lender reviews, and compliance with industry standards. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and certification bodies. Contribute hydrodynamic expertise to fixed-bottom projects while supporting future floating offshore wind initiatives.
