Kyri began his recruitment career in 2013, gaining valuable experience in Oil, Gas, and Renewables. Since 2015, he has worked closely with many of the leading offshore wind developers and utilities, meeting their staffing needs for both permanent and contract positions across the UK, Europe, and Asia. He has also served as a Senior Account Manager for key clients, building long-lasting partnerships and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.

Kyri joined LSP in 2019 as a Senior Account Manager and has recently transitioned into the role of Head of Key Accounts & Delivery. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing our delivery team to ensure that all client requirements are met with the highest level of service and efficiency.

Our client are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to support their projects across the UK. The HSE Advisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, promoting a culture of safety, and implementing effective environmental and safety practices. Key Responsibilities Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant HSE legislation, regulations, and internal policies. Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions. Develop, implement, and update HSE procedures, plans, and documentation tailored to renewable energy operations. Support the investigation and reporting of incidents, accidents, and near-misses, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are completed. Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks to site staff, contractors, and stakeholders. Maintain HSE records and reports to support performance monitoring and regulatory compliance. Advise project teams on environmental best practices, including waste management, emissions control, and ecological protection. Liaise with contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to ensure alignment on HSE matters. Promote continuous improvement in HSE performance across all operational sites. Requirements GWO’s HUET Bi-deltoid Measurements CAEBS Offshore wind experience preferably  for offshore substation installation/commissioning Proven ability to engage teams and foster a strong HSE culture. Strong understanding of renewable energy operations and associated risks (e.g., working at height, electrical safety, remote locations). Excellent communication and reporting skills. Working knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
