Kyri started his recruitment career in 2013, accumulating experience within Oil; Gas and Renewables. Since 2015 Kyri has worked in partnership with many of the leading offshore wind developers; utilities, servicing their requirements for permanent; contract personnel across the UK, Europe; Asia and as a Senior Account Manager for key clients. Kyri joined us in 2019 as a Senior Account Manager, and has recently stepped into his new role as Head of Key Accounts & Delivery. Kyri is responsible for the management of our delivery team to ensure all requirements are serviced to the highest level.

Support the Onshore Substation Construction Manager with monitoring supervision of HSE, Quality, Progress and Documentation on site towards EPC Contractor(s) Assist and contribute to the identification of specific deliverables as required in the project documentation and as per Employer’s Requirements regarding HSE, Quality, Civil Design, As-built documentation in form as: HSE Management Plan & Program, including Permit to Work system Quality Assurance & Quality Management Plan & Program Construction Phase Plan Inspection Test Plans (ITP) o Check sheets, measurements and surveys etc. Time-/Progress schedule of sequence of activities, milestones, contractual payment milestones etc. Monitoring, Inspecting and reporting of Progress of (Contractor and their Sub-Contractors) construction activities according to Program & reporting to CM Review of all documents at site/construction/Installation and manufacturing level to ensure that the most current approved revisions are being managed and controlled. Reporting on & ensuring administration of all quality control & inspection activities. Supports the coordination of overall planning of all civil construction interface activities and its deliverables towards the EPC Contractor. Requirements & Qualifications Proven track record of leading large infrastructure projects from the clients perspective Civil Engineer BSc with project relevant education and experience. Recommended 10+ years of relevant work experience with relevant construction/commissioning work and quality discipline's Ideally has worked in a similar role with a major Distributed Network Operator or main Energy Network Provider Technically strong, adaptable, works well in teams, strong communication abilities, good English skills both writing and verbal Recommended International- and intercultural supervision experience Strong ability to coordinate interfaces with other stakeholders Possesses a high HSE mindset and awareness process at the forefront of any task

Senior WTG T&I Engineer

Remote (Travel Required) - United Kingdom

Our client is looking for a Senior Transport & Installation Engineer to join their team, the T&I Engineer will be the technical point of contact for all scopes related to transport, marshalling and installation of the projects’ WTGs. The successful candidate will have strong technical competence, good communication skills and relevant experience interfacing with a multidiscipline engineering team, Turbine OEMs, Vessel Suppliers, T&I Contractors, and external consultants. Key Responsibilities Expected to work with sufficient autonomy and lead the technical aspects of the Transportation and Installation scope all along the project life cycle. Analyse, recommend and optimise offshore installation and logistic concepts and methodologies from early design up to the offshore campaign Support Key project tender activities including development of technical requirements, evaluation of technical proposals and contract negotiations. Review method statements and risk assessments and produce comments sheets Provide input to the risk and programme analysis Respond to technical queries or interface with other packages/Contractors to resolve queries Review engineering calculations (in general) and identify issues / risks to the Project Liaison with the Marine Warranty Surveyor service, ensuring the transport and installation methodology is approved Promote a strong, clear and positive health and safety culture Ensure compliance with offshore marine and lifting regulations Attendance to meetings, and participation in the required discussions, at the project offices, as well as at the Contractors and Site offices Delivery of all technical tasks, including production of documents, attendance to meetings, reports, technical evaluations, specifications, alternatives assessments, site inspections, etc., as required Support HAZID/HAZOP for loadout, transport and installation equipment design and offshore installation operations Continuous knowledge sharing including regularly updated Lessons Learnt registered with the line department Requirements Educated to Degree level in relevant engineering discipline (Naval, Civil or Mechanical) and master's degree in an engineering discipline related to offshore installation works or maritime works will be positively assessed Registration as a Professional Engineer is desirable 7 years previous relevant industry experience Experience in WTG Transport & Installation and/or TP Less Monopile installation T&I Experience in Offshore T&I/Marine Operations Relevant experience working for a developer is desirable

 Our client is looking for a Vessel Operations Coordinator to join their team.  Key Responsibilities Maintaining close communications with all stakeholders of the Vessel charter including but not limited to the vessel rep; windfarm project; Vessel; internal stakeholders; port agents etc.Monitoring of Vessel movements for execution of activities including bunker planning, appointment and co-ordination with agents and obtaining necessary documentation.Co-ordination with the Contract Manager and/or legal team ensuring that any disputes or claims arising are settled in a timely and effective manner.Keeping all stakeholders informed of the vessel schedule and any delays or potential delays which are reasonably envisaged to ensure the vessel schedule is effectively managed at all times.Ensuring effective operational management of any vessel sub-charters including making sure that charterers instructions are permissible and that redelivery obligations will be met at all times. Vessel Instruction & HandlingManaging and ensuring that operations are operated in compliance with the relevant contracts, with due consideration to the commercial strategy. Identifying opportunities to optimise contractual performance where appropriate.Ensuring accuracy and tracking of all off-hire and maintenance time used to ensure accuracy of charter payments.Bunker replenishment co-ordinationEnsuring timely co-ordination of bunkering activities ensuring no delays to the vessel schedule related to such supplies.Making sure that all required documentation and certification is kept up to date and that documentation remains valid at all times.Invoicing and managing or regulatory requirements in connection with the Vessel Charter.Responsible for ensuring correctness of payment including deductions where necessary and tracking of additional items for payment.Responsible for monitoring all items in relations to other regulatory requirements e.g. EU-ETS obligations.
