M&A Executive Director

About the Role • Oversee all client relationships, coordinate communications with senior members of the advisory team• Spearhead the initiation, structuring and execution of M&A transactions from inception to completion. • Develop, strengthen, and maintain new and existing client relationships • Take responsibility for critical aspects of deal execution, including all negotiations required• Oversee multiple transaction and project teams, ensure a smooth transaction of all deals, including collaboration and communication• Manage financial valuations, and capital structure analysis• Generate new business opportunities, including cross-selling other products across the IBD. Key Qualifications• A deep understanding investment banking, and M&A experience• Energy Transition, Renewables, and infrastructure sector experience• Ability to build, and maintain long-term client relationships• Strong leadership skills, experience managing teams, helping to develop and support the junior members, whilst also implementing teamwork and collaboration• Able to lead client presentations, manage a range of projects and operate in a fast-paced environment • Organisational skills• Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is a plus
