Sophie first joined LSP in February 2020, initially supporting our delivery team by connecting experienced talent with our contract client base. She quickly became a involved in subsea, managing key accounts and building a reputation for excellence.

In 2023, Sophie moved on from subsea and gained experience across our Engineering and Senior divisions.


Now, she's bringing her recruitment expertise in-house to support LSP's continued growth as an Internal recruiter.

As a Sales Consultant, you will manage and develop a portfolio of strategically important accounts. Your role will involve both maintaining existing relationships and winning new business. You will be a key player in driving the company's strategy and revenue growth while working closely with our delivery teams, developing clients, market mapping, and caring for company growth. Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development:- Develop and manage key accounts, while securing new business.- Act as a ‘champion’ for key accounts, driving cross-company strategy and increasing revenue.- Network internally to maximise client exposure.- Conduct client visits confidently, showcasing a range of recruitment solutions.- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Recruiting:- Take detailed job specifications from clients, understanding their needs beyond skills. - Work closely with our Delivery Teams to effectively brief and feedback in the sourcing and matching of candidates.- Confidently pitch candidates to clients, securing interviews based on recommendations.- Build a network of senior candidates through headhunting and relationship development.- Write compelling job adverts and manage responses.- Arrange interviews and manage the offer process, handling counter offers and negotiations. Interpersonal Skills:- Communicate professionally via email, face-to-face, and over the phone.- Present to potential clients and participate in company pitches.- Represent LSP Renewables and yourself with professionalism.- Address issues promptly and build collaborative relationships with candidates, clients, and peers.- Committed to being helpful and personable whilst assisting less experienced colleagues. Delivery Consultant

After a highly successful start to LSP Renewables’ journey, we are now looking to grow our dedicated renewable energy division. The team are responsible for providing contract, permanent and retained search recruitment services to the leading developers and 1st tier contractors. With several large PSL’s in place and a long-standing relationship with many organisations, we are seeking a hungry and driven individual who is looking to build a successful and highly rewarding career in recruitment. You would primarily be responsible for providing contract personnel into an existing and established client base. Responsibilities • Generation / sourcing of candidates via use of Bullhorn ATS, LinkedIn and networking via both telephone and face to face meetings at conferences etc. • Ensuring all procedures relating to candidate database are adhered to and that ATS is updated on a regular basis • Formatting of candidate CVs and gathering of certification and personal information • Coordination of interview processes, including candidate coaching • Handling of offer stage process including issuing of contractual documentation • Regular networking with past, present and future candidates • Market mapping / Talent Pool creation • Advertising and marketing of vacancies • Lead Generation Experience & Requirements • Confident telephone manner • Strong administration and organisational skills • Within a 1-hour commute to Bromley (BR1)
