Ty first joined as an Associate Consultant, he now works within our Offshore Wind division, supporting clients by delivering tailored recruitment solutions across key project areas. Since joining the business, he has developed his expertise and worked his way into a client-facing sales role, building strong relationships and a deep understanding of the offshore wind market.
Ty continues to provide best-in-class service to both candidates and clients, with experience spanning engineering disciplines such as Geoscience, Grid and OSS Engineering, Interface Engineering and Management, and Mechanical Engineering.
