Establish a trusted HR controlling function for our Client’s Offshore Wind Business Unit that measures, monitors, and reports workforce efficiency and effectiveness to senior leadership, aligned with our Client’s growth plans in offshore wind. Primary Objectives: Design and deliver executive grade management reports on HR efficiency for Offshore Wind Implement a repeatable reporting cadence with robust definitions, controls, and auditability across HR stack (SAP / SuccessFactors). Provide insights and actions that support Offshore capacity build out, project delivery, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: A. Reporting Framework & Governance (Offshore) Define a KPI architecture reflecting Client’s segment view (Offshore), focusing on delivering efficiency program outcome. Establish data governance (validation, reconciliation to payroll/finance, versioning), and role based access. B. Data Management & Measurement (HR Stack) Maintain a single source of truth for headcount/FTE focusing on efficiency program C. Report Design & Delivery (Executive Grade for Offshore) Monthly Executive Dashboard + Quarterly Management Report with: Executive Summary (signals, risks, actions). Variance Analysis (plan vs. actual; forecast vs. actual; staffing vs. project schedules). Root Cause & Action Tracker (initiative list, owners, deadlines, impact). Delivery in Power BI Ad hoc analyses for Board Senior Management Deliverables (Offshore) Executive Reporting Pack (Monthly + Quarterly) – Power BI/Tableau dashboards plus PPT/PDF with narrative and action list. Quarterly Efficiency Review – deep dive on staffing & onboarding, learning compliance, benefit realization supporting capacity additions. Forecasting & Scenario Models – headcount & cost projections linked to project schedules/milestones. Action/Initiative Tracker – owners, milestones, status, expected € impact. Tools & Systems (Offshore Stack) Source Systems: SAP (Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation); Payroll; Time & Attendance; Finance/CO. Analytics & Reporting: Power BI; Excel for reconciliation; PPT for executive pack. Roles & Responsibilities HR Controller (Offshore): Own framework, validations, narrative, and exec delivery. BI Analyst/Data Engineer: Build/maintain reporting and models Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Finance, HR Analytics, or related field. 5+ years in HR Controlling/People Analytics within complex, project‑driven organizations (energy/engineering a plus). Proficiency with Power BI/Tableau, advanced Excel; experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation). Strong data quality and governance mindset; comfort with reconciliations and audit trails. Excellent communication skills—able to write executive summaries and present to senior leaders. Working knowledge of German HR compliance (DSGVO, co‑determination) and familiarity with contingent workforce processes is a plus. Fluent in English and German. PPA & Revenue Manager

Our client are seeking a PPA & Revenue Manager in our Commercial Team who contributes to our PPA and revenue execution and delivery across their  core countries. The candidate should have a good understanding of energy markets and revenue management. In addition, the candidate will bring excellent process, analytical as well communication skills. Key Responsibilities: You are serving as point of contact for PPA counterparties and liaison to accounting, asset management and external service providers Act as interface to transmission system operator for operating assets Oversee seamless monthly settlement and invoicing, incl. optimizing revenue streams, ensuring accurate financial reporting and developing and maintaining systems for tracking and managing PPA contracts Obtain GoOs, other certifications and manage additional revenues, ancillary services Review of revenue management of third parties for assets not managed by our client Ensure timely and diligent completion of reporting (e.g., EMIR, REMIT), and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., EEG compliance / Marktstammdatenregister / Dodd-Frank compliance) Provide input on revenue assumptions for the annual budgeting process Furthermore, you are driving automation and improvement of commercial workflows, incl. invoicing etc. Establish standards and tools to reduce manual labor and increase efficiency Qualifications & Education  You have successfully completed a relevant degree in business, economics, engineering, mathematics or a comparable education Experience in commercial operations or contract management Understanding of requirements in the energy market incl. reporting standards Customer service-oriented mindset and strong relationship management skills Strong attention to detail Proficiency with commercial IT systems, tools and process optimizations Experience with commercial management tools for invoice automation and generation of reporting Knowledge of PPA structures and understanding of relevant energy market regulation is beneficial Furthermore, you are proficient in MS-Excel and are fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills. Additional language skills are a merit You are determined to contribute to the business success with a demonstrated passion for renewable energy and the energy transition
