WTG Marshalling Harbour Site Quality Representative

Role Overview: The WTG Marshalling Harbour Employer Site Quality Representative will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the  project. Working closely with the WTG Installation Manager, WTG Commissioning Lead, WTG Engineer, and WTG Quality, the successful candidate will ensure that WTG marshalling harbour activities are executed safely and meet all technical and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect incoming components such as tower sections, blades, and nacelles. - Conduct final inspections prior to loadout. - Perform assembled tower walkdowns. - Track the preservation of components in compliance with GE requirements. - Report and track the closeout of punch list items. - Produce daily reports of key activities and findings on site. - Conduct safety walkarounds with GE. - Review quality documentation. - Attend daily/weekly coordination meetings with the GE site team. - Liaise with the Dogger Bank Commissioning and Completions team on outstanding punches uploaded to ProCoSys. Skills and Experience: - Minimum HNC qualification in engineering or construction. - At least five years of relevant WTG construction experience, ideally as an Employer Representative. - Strong understanding of the quality function during the execution of EPC contracts. - Proven experience working collaboratively with clients and contractors. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with multiple stakeholders. - Experience monitoring contractor activities in preservation, installation, and commissioning phases through to completion/hand over. - Familiarity with project documentation arrangements, including contractor documentation deliverables. - Willingness to be site-based. - Strong ethos relating to health, safety, and wellbeing. Project Development Manager - Onshore Renewables

LSP Renewables have partnered with one of the world's leading IPP's in the renewable energy industry to recruit a Project Development Manager based in Dublin, Ireland.  Our client have over 4GW of renewable energy assets under construction and operations covering APAC, LATAM, and Europe. They have been operating in Ireland since 2019 and already have 8 operational onshore wind farms and 3 Solar PV projects in the portfolio. They have several greenfield solar, onshore wind, and storage projects at varying stages of development.  Key Responsibilities Prospection of new sites for the development of projects; Analysis of the electrical network infrastructures to facilitate the interconnection of the projects; Development of plans to lead or assist with landowner negotiations (on site, road access, cable, and overhead line wayleaves, etc.); External stakeholder management including local communities, local authorities, and elected representatives; Oversight of third-party partners and providers of technical services; Management of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and planning process from initial stages through to handover to our clients  pre-construction team; Execution of financial models; Support of the development of a business case in the acquisition of wind, solar and energy storage projects; Support of the submission of offers in the case of public or private tenders;  Support of the Construction and Asset management teams during the initial phases of the performance of the services;  Familiarity with and guarantee of compliance with Health & Safety procedures; Regular management reporting. Requirements Degree educated in an Engineering, Planning, Environmental, Project Management, or Business Administration discipline.  Several years experience in renewable energy project development (preferably wind or solar) in the Irish market.  Strong network in the Irish renewable energy market.  Excellent knowledge / experience of the Irish grid industry to support colleagues and existing projects.  Proficiency in the use of GIS/AutoCad software is considered an advantage. Full clean driving license (frequent travelling will be required for field work within Ireland and occasional travel for meetings at the Headquarters in France).

Description: Department Description and responsibilities   Prepare, gather and process survey information and ensure reporting of data and possible deviations to Project Management and client’s representatives, in line with contractual agreements, thereby contributing to safe and (cost-) efficient project execution  Primary Tasks and responsibilities   -Determine and install necessary measurement equipment. -Measure and process data before, during and after project execution and carry out field checks, according to contractual agreements and specifications. -Verify the accuracy of the data and analyse and interpret the data, process the data into a report for presenting and explaining results to Project Management and/or client and start and maintain a database. -Ensure the evaluation of and reporting on the survey phases and end results, analyse nonconformities, signal deviations and propose suggestions for improvement and solutions of -problems and, if necessary, explain this to or convince the client on the approach/solutions. -Process and handle survey data including bathymetric, positioning, and geophysical data collected from offshore or marine operations.
