HR Controller - Senior

Establish a trusted HR controlling function for our Client’s Offshore Wind Business Unit that measures, monitors, and reports workforce efficiency and effectiveness to senior leadership, aligned with our Client’s growth plans in offshore wind. Primary Objectives: Design and deliver executive grade management reports on HR efficiency for Offshore Wind Implement a repeatable reporting cadence with robust definitions, controls, and auditability across HR stack (SAP / SuccessFactors). Provide insights and actions that support Offshore capacity build out, project delivery, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: A. Reporting Framework & Governance (Offshore) Define a KPI architecture reflecting Client’s segment view (Offshore), focusing on delivering efficiency program outcome. Establish data governance (validation, reconciliation to payroll/finance, versioning), and role based access. B. Data Management & Measurement (HR Stack) Maintain a single source of truth for headcount/FTE focusing on efficiency program C. Report Design & Delivery (Executive Grade for Offshore) Monthly Executive Dashboard + Quarterly Management Report with: Executive Summary (signals, risks, actions). Investment Lead

Responsibilities Originate, evaluate, and execute renewable energy investments, including projects, portfolios, joint ventures, and companies. Maintain strong knowledge of the Japan onshore renewables market, supporting investment strategy through market insight and opportunity screening. Lead and support due diligence, financial modelling, risk assessment, and structuring of acquisitions, developments, and project financing transactions. Manage commercial, legal, and financial deal execution, including negotiation of key agreements (term sheets, PPAs, EPC, O&M, JV and acquisition documents). Prepare investment materials, teasers, and approvals for leadership and board review; support investor and lender engagement through financial close. Coordinate advisers, regulators, and stakeholders, manage pipeline reporting, and build strong industry relationships. What Makes You a Great Fit Degree or postgraduate qualification in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. 8+ years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure funds, ideally within utilities or renewable energy. EPC Project Manager

Responsibilities Oversee full lifecycle of solar and BESS projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery to RTB stage Conduct site feasibility assessments and manage land acquisition and permitting with BD/PD teams Coordinate technical requirements with EPC providers, benchmark offers, and lead evaluation and execution of EPC agreements. Establish and manage team processes, tools, and benchmarks for current and future projects Supervise EPC contractors to ensure high-quality, on-spec, on-time construction. Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for construction and grid connection. Navigate land conversion policies and environmental impact assessments (EIAs) Coordinate with relevant authorities for regulatory applications.
