Key Responsibilities Drive and manage Marine and Power after sales, digital products and retrofit activities in Taiwan, implementing the company’s strategy Protect and strengthen the company’s renowned brand and interests in the Taiwan market. LSP Renewables have partnered with a leading asset management services business to recruit an O&M Account Manager to maximise and optimise their utility scale Onshore Wind portfolio.  Our client provide asset management services to owners of utility scale Onshore Wind, Solar PV, and Battery Storage projects. The successful candidate will build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, turbine manufacturers, and O&M contractors, whilst optimising the portfolio and managing the operational and asset management contracts.  Key Responsibilities Building and maintaining sound working relations and representing the Company with all key stakeholders in relation to the Wind assets both internally and externally e.g planners, landowners, turbine suppliers and O & M providers, including representing the Company at local community benefit fund meetings. Managing all sites within the Company’s portfolio ensuring that they are being effectively operated to optimise these assets in accordance with contractual, technical, environmental and budgetary requirements Identify fleet under-performance and liaise with the wider team to implement an action plan to resolve. Contract Management of all operational contracts and asset management agreements. Update as Asset Management Database tool for the operational fleet. Reporting on operational performance and providing detailed analysis and explanation to the Line Manager and Senior management and third-party owners. Support the business to ensure a smooth and effective transition from the development/ construction phase to the operating phase of newly developed wind assets through working closely and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating with relevant professional societies. Close liaison with Site Managers to manage all aspects of operations including analysing availability figures and agree availability claims with OEMs. Establishing, enforcing and exemplifying all aspects of the company’s HSQE policies. Fulfil managerial duties including asset management duties, along with any other reasonable requests from the Line Manager as squired for benefit of the company. Participate in the tendering, procurement and renewal process for Operations & Maintenance activities/contracts during the operational phase. Prepared to travel within UK and overseas when required. Reporting on operational performance and providing detailed analysis and explanation to the wind farm owners/ board. Chair internal and external meetings in relation to the portfolio, taking responsibility for the minutes and circulating actions and ensuring these are followed through in a timely manner. Key role in developing systems and procedures for the operation of the wind farms. Our clients Hydrology team is responsible for providing technical delivery of fieldwork, data management and reporting aspects of a range projects across onshore renewables, onshore grid infrastructure, and onshore infrastructure for offshore wind. As such, they are looking for a Principal EIA Consultant to join their established team Key Responsibilities As a Principal Consultant of the Hydrology team you would be a technical lead for peatland assessments and peatland restoration projects providing advice on onshore renewable/restoration projects. You would ensure the successful coordination, delivery and quality assurance of all hydrology related work that the client undertake, as a senior member of the Hydrology team. The Hydrology team works alongside technical peers in the Geotech and Construction teams in project delivery too This role will also require management and delegation of tasks to support the life cycle of projects, coupled with tendering and providing hydrology services to meet client’s requirements.
