LSP Renewables have partnered with a global asset owner to recruit for a Commercial Asset Manager in Greece.

Our client develops and invests in a wide range of utility scale energy assets focused on solar PV, onshore wind and storage solutions. They are long-term owners of the assets, portfolios and platforms that are developed and acquired.

The successful candidate will manage a number of solar and storage assets / SPVs, enhancing the overall returns and value of each project, ensuring compliance with all of the applicable contractual agreements and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of the contracts of the SPVs and parent companies.
• Ensure that all assets are in compliance with the requirements of: Power purchase agreements, SPA, lenders facility agreements and other financial requirements,
• Operations P&L rolling forecasting and financial model update during the operational phase of the managed assets.
• Manage the project operational budgets.
• Use, maintain and develop management tools.
• Be the primary contact person for the managed assets.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial asset management.
• Proven ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders in multiple countries and at all levels.
• Experience of working in a multinational environment.
• Educated to degree level.
