Our client is looking for an experienced Solar Project Manager to lead and support on PV projects in Romanian. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the assigned PV projects throughout its life cycle and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget, while minimizing risks and maximizing margins.
 
 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage the development of the  PV plant from site establishment through to Final Completion, facilitate interface between the EPC Contractor and the Project Sponsor
• Monitoring and control of the construction of the project portfolio
• Coordinate and manage the project engineering revisions
• Supervise the compliance of the construction with the approved design
• Ensure quality and timing in the construction
• Develop and maintain project timeline, identify critical path and key milestones for project’s success. 

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering fields.
• Proven track record of 2+ years of solar project management experience
• Electrical Licensing strongly preferred related to Solar field and HV substations
• In-depth knowledge of National Electrical Code, solar permitting, and other PV system regulatory codes.
• Fluent in both Romanian and English;
• Flexibility to travel to project sites in various locations whenever necessary
