Our client is looking for a Project Administrator to provide a wide variety of support services and assistance to an offshore wind project and its senior management team. This role will be responsible for managing information platforms and processes, developing workplans, tracking tasks and executing project priorities with both internal and external audiences. Responsibilities Manage virtual and in-person team coordination and collaboration initiatives;Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g., assigned tasks and next steps);Organize and prioritize tasks for internal and external stakeholders;Create and manage workplans;Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders;Identify, retrieve, and record necessary information (e.g., user/client requirements and relevant case studies);Manage and archive documents in physical and digital records;Create templates for future team usage;Manage schedules, travel plans and appointments for senior management;Provide administrative and project support to the senior team when needed;Work on ad hoc projects and initiatives as required;Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information.   Requirements Bachelor’s degree with 5 years‘ professional experience;Prior experience supporting multiple teams, including distributed and hybrid teams;Excellent writing and presentation skills;Experience working in a fast-paced and quickly growing environment requiring ability to multi-task, adapt to evolving priorities and to work under pressure;Efficient organization of general office administration needs;Strong and consistent attention to detail;Strong analytical and computer (Microsoft Office suite) skills;Customer satisfaction with regards to their expectation for efficient and timely assistance;Demonstrated ability to work independently and establish clear and measurable objectives while prioritizing and organizing a varied workload;Deploy strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees, vendors, and third parties;Rigorous, proactive, team-oriented, self-starter, and an entrepreneurial spirit.Experience of working collaboratively within large, interdisciplinary teams.Able to negotiate and influence   Context & Environment  The company is committed to balancing flexibility while fostering strong relationships among their team members. Fisheries Liaison - Offshore Wind

Role Lead communication between Client and fishing community representatives to ensure timely distribution of information between groups and promote transparent and frequent information sharing. Develop & Execute plans for external engagement and direct communication with fishermen, fishing communities and related fishing businesses including extensive regional travel with a focus on: gathering fishing-related inputs and information focused on strategies and best management practices for Client that support the coexistence of advancing offshore wind project development and fishing co-existence.; ensuring timely distribution of information between groups and promote transparent and frequent information sharing. develop efforts to include the fishing community in the Clients on-water activities. Develop strategies and creative solutions to mitigate potential adverse project construction and operations impacts given fisheries-related stakeholder input and knowledge of local fisheries. Identify, attend and represent Client at open houses, conferences, trade shows, and other events that will enhance the project’s dialogue with mariner and fishing communities. Report to the NYC project office and travel regularly across New York, New Jersey, and other states to engage with the fishing community and related stakeholders. Maintain all records of engagement, meetings, and other events for reporting to state and federal authorities. Required Demonstrated experience, minimum 10 years preferred but 5+ years considered, in issues related to commercial and recreational fishing and a deep understanding of commercial fishing methods, gear, industry challenges, and regulatory management processes. , or Bachelor’s degree in fisheries management/science, biology, marine science/oceanography, or marine environment/conservation preferred but not necessary if candidate can demonstrate equitable fishing and/or fisheries management experience. Ability to communicate effectively with industry representatives and fishing groups, including writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills that resonate with audiences of different backgrounds; the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in speech and in writing. Ability to review regulations, scientific studies, formal research, and other fisheries materials to inform fishing related outreach, strategies, planning, and answer questions about fisheries interactions. Must have experience in fishing industry in NJ and NY with NJ experience prioritized Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal rules and regulations relating to marine resources and fisheries management. Knowledge and/or experience with the development of offshore wind projects preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholder groups. Ability to communicate effectively with industry representatives and fishing groups, including writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills that resonate with audiences of different backgrounds; the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in speech and in writing. Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently, multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines. Interface Manager

Key Responsibilities Use your technical expertise and experience to take an active role whilst broadening your insight and building valuable experience, in the development of renewable energy projects. Manage the interface and engagement with contracting companies and technical stakeholders. Ensuring good technical quality, cost-effectiveness and safe project execution. Ensure efficient interface management in relation to authorities, regulations, project specifications, standards, budgets and plans. Monitor interface activities in engineering, establishing meeting structures with contractors, implementing tools and systems for interface management and follow-up on progression, especially towards plans and critical interfaces. Facilitate the preparation of interface scopes (Scope split matrices) in the contracts. Play a key role in identifying technical challenges that may arise between the contractors and contribute to solving these in a proactive and efficient manner. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline. Possess 5-7 years of engineering experience within project development. Renewables or offshore wind project experience is desirable and a distinct advantage. A technical competence with multi-disciplinary understanding and experience from interdisciplinary work. Management experience with a good understanding of project development, team-oriented with well-developed interpersonal and collaborative skills. Commercial understanding and insight into the total value chain. Prior experience as an Interface Manager will be highly desirable and a distinct advantage
