Planning, developing, coordinating and organizing specific packages of work related to Communications / Stakeholder Management. Managing individually different scopes with guidance of the Workstream leader, however individually pushing the specific packages of work forward.

Key Responsibilities 

• (Project) Management for specific (smaller) packages of work related to Communications /Stakeholder Management
• Actively align within the project on way forward, progress, input and output Deliver on agreed deadlines
• Manage consultants who support the project
• Execution of strategy and communications in relation to Livelihood Restoration of the project and other related projects
• Execution of strategy and communications in community focussed compensation / CSR programs
• Support workstream leader for further Communications and Stakeholder Management

Tasks

• Fully Manage specific work packages related to Communications / Stakeholder Management (e.g. Scope of work, budget, planning etc.)
• Align with in the project (same level) and with Sr. Management (up) way forward on specific work packages
• Develop and deliver in-time agreed deliverables
• Fully Manage consultants who support the project / specific work packages (e.g. progress meetings, signing off on hours / acceptance protocols, budget control, invoice approval)
• Coordinate information inputs & outputs with stakeholders.
• Manage local/regional media relations and the company’s brand and reputation in the region.
• Support the public consultation processes.
• Follow up on local community engagement and address local input relevant to the project.
• Liaise with external communication agencies and consultants.
• Prepare and manage the distribution of internal and external Livelihood Restoration Information and CSR activities.
• Ensure compliance with communication guidelines and policies.
• Other tasks supporting the work of the whole stream

• Specific packages of work (e.g. reports / compensation mechanism / communication materials)
• Project Management deliverables (administration)
• Progress reporting
• Implementation reporting
• Defined communication strategy with statutory and non-statutory stakeholders.
• Local community events and project information materials.
• Feedback and improvement reports on communication strategies.

 
Required

• 3-5 years of experience in communications or equivalent area
• Polish speaking
• Optional: 2+ years of experience within the energy industry
