Our client are looking for a dynamic professional to join its 'Infrastructure Credit' team. This role will focus on originating, executing and managing infrastructure credit and structured equity investments within our clients portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong financial background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced investment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence processes, including in-depth credit and project finance analyses
• Oversee the development and evaluation of complex financial models
• Conduct thorough research on assets, corporations, and industry trends
• Assess legal risks and review transaction documentation
• Prepare high-quality investment committee presentations
• Drive the sourcing and initial screening of new investment opportunities
• Engage with management teams and key stakeholders to assess and execute deals
• Identify and develop new investment opportunities to expand the business
• Monitor the performance of new and existing investments
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Investment Banking or a related field.
• Expertise in economic and financial analysis, including discounted cash flows, financial statements, interest rate risks, and equity valuation.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in developing high-caliber presentation materials.
• Strong understanding of complex legal, financial, and business issues related to sourcing, structuring, and financing investments.
• Self-motivated individual with a long-term vision for business growth.
