Scope of Work

The work of the Marine Coordinator is to coordinate the movements of vessels and personnel within the offshore site including, safety of personnel during operations
Ensure application and compliance to best marine/offshore safety & operational practices in respect of CTV/SOV operations and site management
Optimise CTV use for efficient transfer of personnel and equipment, communication for live operations of persons and all site vessels via (VHF /UHF/AIS /E-MAIL/TETRA /Telephone
Coordinating the position of vessels and other relevant equipment within the operational
Site and berthing ,minimize down time, avoid conflict of interest and maximize safety
Monitor and record all project vessel movements by means of our offshore management system (SITE Systematic)
Monitoring real time weather information and advise CTV/SOV master of changes that may alter plans, inductions and issue access cards for all personnel onshore and offshore
Identifying and Reporting logistics related conflicts
Manage emergency situations in the unlikely event they occur, NOK details for personnel offshore are available and in date
Maintain records of CTV activities including downtime, maintenance and utilisation, POBs and crew certificates for the CTV’s SOV/ are in date and adequate
Attend a 1500 daily planning meeting

Deliverables

Deliver safe Marine Coordination to CTV’s and SOV operations
Vessel tracking and pax tracking for all offshore personnel
Weather monitoring and tracking
24/7 emergency response, and take part in monthly table top drills
Crew list and certificate checking to make use all offshore workers are qualified and in date
Overnight WTG alarm monitoring for London array
Assist team with moving into our new Central Control Room in March 2025
12 WF’s will be onboarded by the end of 2025
Contribute towards monthly CCR KPI’s
