The Survey Department is responsible for conducting hydrographic and topographic measurements across all phases of the company's dredging and offshore projects worldwide. This includes tasks like the installation and calibration of measurement devices, actual measurement of dredging volumes, and processing and mapping the results using specialized software like AutoCAD. The department plays a crucial role in reporting the progress of works to the project management team. Working in this department requires a strong background in fields like engineering, hydrography, geography, or topography, with an emphasis on modern measurement techniques. Employees often work on international projects with rotating schedules, depending on whether they are involved in dredging or offshore activities

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
- The Data Processor/Offline Surveyor is responsible for managing, processing, and analysing survey data collected from marine and dredging operations.
- The purpose is to ensure that all data is accurate, compliant with project specifications, and ready for reporting. This role plays a key part in supporting project teams with high-quality data to guide decision-making and operational strategies.
- Data Collection and Management: Process and handle survey data including bathymetric, positioning, and geophysical data collected from offshore or marine operations.
- Data Analysis: Analyse raw data using specialized software
- Quality Control: Ensure that all data undergoes thorough quality control checks to meet industry and client standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and present processed data in formats like charts, maps, and reports that can be used by clients and project teams.
Technical Profile Requirements
- +7y experience as a Data Processor/Offline Surveyor
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive personality
- Good knowledge & experience with MS Office
Methodology/Certification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Hydrography or Geospatial Science
